Green beans-onion- garlic-ginger-cooking wine- chili paste- oyster sauce-sesamo seed toasted oil- sugar- corn starch mixed with water to give some gravy to the dish - Et voilà!!
what kind of cooking wine did you use?

What is the chili paste look like I haven’t seen that one in the international aisle at supermarket
@@marthaotero6374 i just used an italian fresh red chilli (peperoncino) , you can also use a korean chilli paste "Gochu Jang"

This turned out seriously good - the method mattered. I did not have all those sauces, so I just put a couple dry red chillies along with the garlic and ginger and onions. Bit oily, but just amazing taste. I felt like I was in a rustic street side Chinese restaurant.

I tried this with some white rice and ribs...It was Yummy. Thank you very much for this recipe. I always get this at the Chinese restaurants and always loved it, now I know how to make it at home. This will safe me a lot of money. This is very healthy and nutritious. I am going to try it with broccoli, carrots and peppers stir fry :)
