Green beans-onion- garlic-ginger-cooking wine- chili paste- oyster sauce-sesamo seed toasted oil- sugar- corn starch mixed with water to give some gravy to the dish - Et voilà!!
Have to admit, I watch a lot of cooking vids. Lots of folks who want to be chefs but lack the real art of cooking. It's clear that you really know wha your doing. I look forward to making this. Thank you!
Excellent video; simplified procedure - a real pro here. I love green beans cooked this way and have tried many recipes for them. However, heads above this is the best. Thanks so much.
I will definitely making this ,I love green bean from Asian Market already cooked ,it's Heaven my favorite's food to eat.Thank you for sharing the green bean recipe.
This turned out seriously good - the method mattered. I did not have all those sauces, so I just put a couple dry red chillies along with the garlic and ginger and onions. Bit oily, but just amazing taste. I felt like I was in a rustic street side Chinese restaurant.
I tried this with some white rice and ribs...It was Yummy. Thank you very much for this recipe. I always get this at the Chinese restaurants and always loved it, now I know how to make it at home. This will safe me a lot of money. This is very healthy and nutritious. I am going to try it with broccoli, carrots and peppers stir fry :)
Yes he did add oyster sauce used corn starch to make a slurry and I didn't quite understand the kind of wine he said but didn't think he said rice wine vinegar...I may be wrong on the wine though. Recipe sounds and looks amazing.
The beans look delicious and I'm going to try to make them. I think I made out the correct method from watching, but I searched the page for an ingredients and amounts list, couldn't find one, so I'm going by what I estimated from the video. Please add such a list to future videos.
