Govt needs to reform laws for the real estate industry. Currently all the black money is invested in this market and prices are too high. Common man in need of a house of his own has no other option. If not under construction project then what else he should buy if looking for a new flat?? Ready possession options are rare and whatever are there have some or other issues.

Now its being 3 years completed from booking and i have already paid 8 lacs for EMI's and still paying. It means without my home I have paid 8 lacs to bank and its is totally loss to me. So plzz don't book under construction flats. Instead of that we have save a money and book or we all have to book after completion and to check mandatory documents like...OC, property NOC, and also take feedback from existing residential it is very very imp...point. So plzz don't go with name go with emotions.🙏
True unfortunately each middle class mentality is a house (own house), its weakness for him and its a social pressure too from other family members. even rented property is a best option and invest rest of the funds, paying high interest charges to bank, + maintenance + property taxes, it will cost you more. take a ready to move property. and take less loan is a best solution on this.
