i love all the options :D The storage case is such a nice addition too, giving you a great place to store all the hardware you arent currently using :D Carbon Fiber plate, maglev and WS pearls had the best sound to me and maglev is just really cool tbh x) It would be hard to be unsatisfied with all the alternative ways to configure this keyboard and everything that is included seem to be of great quality :3 Thanks for the awesome showcase as per usual
Thank you so much! ^^ The only reason to be unsatisfied with all these options is the very reason that there's not enough time to cover and experiment all of them :D
Great job on the video and trying out all of the mounting options! Depending of the board, I always either go for a gasket mount or a top mount. But I would like to try the magnetic mount on this board, it´s quite unique. I also don´t like the placement of the of the on and off switch, kind of silly place to put it. I would just not bother connecting the batteries and just use it wired so as to forget about that switch.
Exactly what I intend to do in the future! It's so annoying that every time I accidentally push a key on the sleeping keeb it glows up, ugh... But it's not only this keyboard, all of the ones hiding the mode switch. :')
@@thoccnology LOL, I totally get that. What I do, is that with boards that hide the mode switch under one of the keys, I just don´t connect the batteries and just use it wired. Wireless is a nice feature, but it´s not all that important for me on a keeb. On a mouse yes, but on a keeb, not so much.
@@TheBigGiant_SpaceChiken Exactly, same thoughts. I could never use a wired mouse anymore, but I rarely move the keyboard as much as I move my mouse (LOL it would look funny), so why not feature one of my pretty custom cables with its wired mode ^^
Great to see so many options. I too hope the Zoom75 will get all those, as well as ball catch + magnetic connector combo... BTW, does the PCB still have an issue with the screw for Enter key stabilizer hitting the hotswap socket?
the maglev is interesting... btw do u know does the final product will have the similar magnetic connector as nd75 (still has a ribbon cable in it)? also... the deep clack sounds so nice 🤤
Hi!! Can you please try the leobog k81 pro kit? I dont know if it’s the same as the leobog k81 that you already tried or if it changes something with the “pro” :(
Oh, the case and internals are identical (I mean sound-wise), they just added a mini screen! ^^ (And it comes only in a kit version, meaning no pre-built keycaps and switches)
@@thoccnology i just got the pro version and noticed that in the software it has a gaming mode option, do you know if you tried it with the gaming mode on or off? Thankss
@@semc_06 Yes, always use the Gaming mode option when available (sometimes it's referred to as Debounce time, or sg similar). It saves a couple of milliseconds in latency.
This must have taken forever to put together!
From the 10 min mark, I can see that maybe a new day arrived?
Amazing work as usual 🌞
Haha, you caught me! I got too late and could only finish it the next day :")
Thank you so much!
Thank you for the detailed video!!! Just a few updated, the mass production for the Scarlet Red is No Chamfer.
Thank you so much for this update! And for sending me this unit
Mag lev is crazy cool! I love the last combo with the PC/Maglev/Pearls. Sounds so nice.
I love that too, it's the way I use it now! ^^

magnetic mount had be flabbergasted but W vid as always. Heres an early congrats to 5k ! I know you'll hit it soon hehe
You were seeing the future, I think I hit the 5k mark with this video! ^^ I'm super happy!
Fantastic work as always. Great review. That maglev....👌👌
Thank you so much!
Excellent video as always!
Thank you so much!
@@thoccnology you’re welcome!
So this was the beautiful red case you were hyping up :0
Actually, it's super pretty too, but it is the TB8 that stole my heart UwU
This is an insane number of mount options. I continue to be surprised by the mechanical keyboard industry.
Yeah, so many possible combinations. It's definitely for those who want to experiment a lot ^^

Luckily that issue has been eliminated (by not offering multi-layout anymore, which I don't mind at all, even tho I come from an ISO country) :)
@@thoccnology I'm used to US ANSI anyway so I'm fine with that too. So, it's a good board...
@@LastSecBloomer Also they left the split left Shift key as a support for the extra ISO key, so it's a 50-50 solution. :D

As far as I know, the magnetic connector won't change for the final product (meaning it'll be just like this and the ND75) :)
Amazing board means an amazing video which deserves a like! ❤too bad i can't afford this board..
Thank you so much!
@@thoccnology 🙏🙏🙏🙏maybe..
Geeeeez out of all the mounts the maglev was the bounciest - which makes sense. But is it too bouncy?
Haha, it's like a trampoline for my fingies! :D For some it definitely might be too bouncy, for me it's been fun so far. :)

@@semc_06 I'm almost 100% sure it's the same (assuming the screen is an extra module, not part of the PCB) :) Thank you so much for your comment!

Boys like this type in all lowercase 😂
I grew up on Monkeytype, that's the reason :D
i think you missing topmount somewhere :V
The screws were not compatible (due to it being a prototype unit :'))

yayyy! first, so fast ^^
