WOW, WOW, WOW,.... Thanks a lot. I am 76 yo, in excellent health and I go to the gym and climb mountains in CO, but always straggled with flexibility. I am always searching UA-cam for a good stretching training but this beats all, by far. I Will definitely do mostl of these 2/day. BTW: I have 2 suggestions: 1) I hope you rename this as "for bigginers and SENIORS". 2) I wish you talk about warm up, before stretching, if you think it is necessary. Thanks a lot.
