Hey bro.i love your tutorials.u got my ratings hundred percent.ive just recently moved over from fl studio mobile to bm3 after using fl studio mobile for a good 2 to 3 years now.. was a big transfer for me also.as I hate starting new programs from scratch aswell..luckily I had your help to support me .lol..i was thinking.??it would be very interesting if you could share your reasons why you didnt pick fl mobile ?? what was the things that put you off of picking fl mobile.?? Would be a video myself.and I think lots of other people would appreciate and want to watch..many thanks bro,,, one of many of your creatives!!
I just bought Beatmaker 3 about 4 days ago. It has it's Pro's and Con's. I have about 6 DAW'S, the Save and Load feature it's the worst that I ever experience, it's scattered in 3 different places, it took me a while to figure out how to load a save song within BM3. The save feature is on top right, to find the song to load it up it's on the left side and a little ways down from the top, then you tap the song and nothing happens will guess what the load button is close to the bottom of the screen. the person who design that feature must of been high on something. The Save and Load feature should be all in one shot, usually on the top left side. I hope this problem will be taking care of in the near future.
I can agree that BM3 has it’s pro and cons. The save button location seems like a pretty small concern though. It’s pretty easy to do, once you know where it is.
I’m keeping my ear to the ground on such plugins. Unfortunately, haven’t found anything for iPad that comes close to Melodyne. Vocal processing is something that is fairly new to ios music production, and I imagine as more and more people dive into this mobile production workflow, vocal processing plugins will only get better and better!
That’s hard to quantify, my friend. I wouldn’t wait on the knowledge to get started. It really does come with time and action. It’s not one of those things you can study and then go execute. You grow in your knowledge by creating and trying to get 1% better each time
Please someone please help me get this Focusrite 4i4 working with BM3. I’m almost ready to send it back. It works for Cubasis 3. So I don’t understand why BM3 won’t recognize it. Frustrated.
Music Technologist It work once and I couldn’t get it to recognize it again. It might have to do with the generic adapter I was using. I returned it. I had the 3rd Gen and the new IPad Pro usb-c. I gotta find one with clarity for guitar. I’m thinking Apogee Jam Plus. Any other suggestions?
Beatmaker 3 would be the absolutely best if it didn't annoyingly crash all the time. Just now, I closed pattern midi editing and it shut down. Weird behaviour. And it's almost always Bad Access errors. Do they do any NULL checking in their code at all?
I am not someone who is familiar with coding at all, so I couldn’t tell you. I have been hearing quite a few reports from others that BM3 is bugging. I haven’t had too many myself, but they’re definitely there. Rumor has it Intua is going to be dropping an update in the not-so-distant future.
As far as storage goes, it’s really not a huge deal, depending on how many samples/apps you have. I personally wouldn’t recommend anything less than a 256GB iPad, but more storage is always a good call. Regardless, your storage capacity won’t affect the performance of BeatMaker 3, it’ll just determine how many samples/plugins you have room for.
Hey mate, hope you’re well. I know everyone is talking about using this app on iPad Pro. I’ve got an iPad 2019 and I just wanna start making beats on it. Do you think it’s gonna be alright on beatmaker 3? Or should I just get another app instead?
iPad pro is definitely not a prerequisite for BeatMaker 3 at least. iPad 2019 should run BM3 just fine! One thing you could do just to be safe is make a session or 2 in GarageBand since it’s free, and see how your iPad handles it.
Interesting that you’re experiencing that. Curious what hardware you’re using as well as your BM3 settings. I run BM3 on a 2018 iPad pro, and I’ve only ever had 1 or 2 times where the program closed unexpectedly.
Ipad is only easy to use with externals if you have an Ipad Pro 2018. That's the only one with USB C. The older Pro's and all the other Ipads do a lot worse and it can be a real pain to get anything connected and working correctly.
@@MusicTechnologist For the love of God i don't understand why Apple KEEPS on using that damn lightning for their most recent phones and Ipads. It would make it all a LOT easier and faster charging is also possible using Usb C.
@@Arithekiller 90% of all iPads are the base model ... The pros the air 4 and even the mini 6 are expensive. Up untill a couple of months ago the mini had lightning. Now you can't find the mini due to shortage. Of all iPads on this planet 90% has lightning. The Pro and recent air and mini 6 make up a small portion.
We appreciate you share your knowledge family…music family
Thanks Daniel! Grateful that I have the tools to share the knowledge 🙏🏽

Just bought a iPad just to mess around with on lunch breaks lol. Looks like you can make some heat with it
Most definitely! I just created my most recent single entirely on the iPad! ➡️ bit.ly/34Pkpjr
How much music knowledge we need for creating beats?

Also do you no any plugins like RC-20 on ios bro.thanks
Never used RC-20, but from what I see that it can do, I believe LoFlyDirt in the app store should do the trick for you!

How many gigs you need on your iPad to run beatmaker 3?

same as you @@MusicTechnologist

I keep my latency at 128 samples and my recording bit-depth at 16-bits with High-Quality (measurement mode) turned off. Hopefully that helps!
