Just made these and they're AMAZING!!!! I forgot to pick up almond milk so to help the consistency of my buttercream I added a little vanilla and warm water and it smoothed things out perfectly!!!! Thank you for the recipe!!! Ps for anyone in America I baked mine at 375F for 14-15 minutes and it was just right!! :)

There seems to be a lot of single use plastic involved in most of your baking - cling film and icing bags mostly! Have you thought of finding multiple use alternatives?
Our piping bags are biodegradable. We haven’t been able to find an alternative to cling film that suits a professional bakery but we’re always looking. We also do what we can elsewhere to reduce our impact.

We don’t get Biscoff where I’m from so I made only these cookies, and they’re amazing. Crispy around the outside and chewy on the inside. These taste good only after they’ve cooled down a bit. If you try eating them while they’re a bit too warm, it feels weird on the tongue. But, an A+ vegan cookie recipe. You can try replacing the oil with same amount of melted butter if you want to, they still taste good.
Would love it if you could do list of basic baking essentials such as tools and ingredients that would be good to get for a interested baker 👩🏼🍳 to start them off

Great great recipe! I've made a few batches already and they all came out quite tasty (not making the filing tho, just the cookies). I even flavored some batches (using coffee instead of water) and I did get many compliments. Only question is how long can I keep them out of the fridge before they go bad?

I have tried rice flour and coconut flour but the measurements for using them are completely different and I don’t know how to change the ratios about unfortunately. Everything just turns out really dry or using a hell of a lot more liquid than what any recipe states xx

I grabbed 3 (that's all that were left or I would have grabbed more, lol). really love your recipes Jemma so far have made vanilla,chocolate,salted caramel and pop corn cupcakes, sprinkles, vanilla and chocolate sponge cake and also vanilla and chocolate buttercream never failed me ones oh almost forgot the ginger bread biscuits that Sally shared here turned out amazing!!! you guys have become my ultimate baking guru!!! just have an issue with the amount of butter cream i end up with when making only 12 cupcakes the leftover frosting that i end up with is just too much :( , have been trying to reduce the amount each time but will it be possible for you guys to reduce the amount of buttercream to be made because as a home baker it gets annoying when your fridge is filled with leftover buttercream :((( P.S. don't wanna make cake pops with it other than that your recipes are ah-mazing!!!!
Don't know if this was mentioned before, but depending on where you live you need to make sure that sugar you're using is vegan. Especially if you live in the US.
Organic sugars are processed without using bone char because bone char is not on the National Organic Program's list of allowed substances, so certified USDA organic sugar cannot be filtered through bone char. If you can find sugar made from sugar beets rather than sugar cane the former doesn't use bone char.
Could you include how much chocolate you need for the chocolate dunking portion. Don’t see it listed in ingredient list. I want to try to make these this weekend.

Be careful which white sugar you use, because most white refined sugars are whitened with bone char. You can check that to see if any of these words are used in the description the bag : organic, unrefined, natural or raw,then you will you know the sugar has not been filtered with bone char. Just to be safe if you are vegan. 😊💕

Possibly try gluten free flour, I often substitute all my normal baking recipes with good quality gluten free flour for my celiac cousin 😊
