I have listened to every video you have produced in the last month and a half while building a deck and doing random things while preparing for my new role in marketing and sales for an MSP company. I just got done listening to this, and what an incredible video sir, Bravo!!! I sincerely appreciate the time you put into this and hope to get more involved with your organization. I can't thank you enough for all the content and especially this video. It was laid out in a clear, concise and comprehensive format. Again - Thank you.

Hi 👋. I have a few years of managed services service desk experience. Im exited about your content. I would love to know your feedback on time entries for non billable managed services work? I know some techs find it toxic and stressful to arrive at 8 hours timesheets every day, especially for non billable. Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for the comment and for enjoying the content! Non-billable time entries can be challenging, especially when aiming for 8-hour timesheets. It's important to recognize the value of non-billable work like training and system maintenance. Simplifying the time entry process and setting clear expectations can help reduce stress. Additionally, communicating the value of these tasks to employees is crucial for both their development and the company's success. MSPs should also be flexible, allowing for 30-45 minutes of grace for learning, helping others, or experimenting with new tech. This flexibility is invaluable for both personal and company growth.

If I had more time in a day I would! I will try in the future but keeping up the volume is pretty hard.
