    Marcus was amazing!
You can see and hear the level of experience and business acumen he has acquired from being in the MSP business model. His take on the pulse of MSP and technology and future prospects was intriguing. Thank you looking forward to all MSP Radio has to offer.

19:24 a few big thinkers in the channel and those with deep wallets need to get together and disrupt the space. I’m neither but at the front of the line. Great interview.

Finally I find someone who has like minded sentiments about the MSP market. Marcus is so on the money.

Very intriguing interview. I like his distinction between VC funding and PE funding, and its impact on innovation.
I do think that Microsoft is going to achieve some level of commoditization of the management stack, though, over the next 3 or 4 years.

I think there are so many tools out there now it so confusing, I often think of moving a client to GSuite & having AV on the machines would save alot of complexity

I agree on venture money coming into the space here in the future, but mainly because I think the SaaS industry is shooting itself in the foot a little bit by charging too much and not delivering enough. I see downward pricing pressures there that will make investments into the MSP space more attractive by comparison.

The SaaS market is over saturated. There are too many solutions out there to choose from.

Saying that Teams sucks and is not zoom.... It is better than zoom... Slack is better than Teams but it is that all encompassing suite that is M365 is why there is a market and it is improving with co-pilot.

Entirely fair. Different tools for different situations - Teams fails for me often due to not being inside the organization, but that’s one experience. The key - this kind of customized advice is why there will be a market for IT services.

This guys a clown. There’s 50 million companies one msp can’t cover them all.
