List price: $159 million
Sold for: $42.5 million
Lmao🤣😆😂😂
@Toneri Ōtsutsuki list price was 250
Poor Americans are just temporarily embarrassed millionaires.
@@TypeOneg if 46m is poor then sign me up
@@TM-il8rb if you invest 200mill in a property just to sell it for 42 mill you need to be an investor and not be in control of decisions lol
Just because something is expensive doesn't mean that it's pretty.
And sellable.
You are poor .
katkom just like a lot of these rich men’s women filled with silicon and Botox
i think so.But everyone has his taste individualy
katkom it could have cost least without them extras
lots of "exclusive footage" of homes that are featured in hundreds of other videos. Down voted for lying.
Brian facts
He says first time for TV cameras. Other videos are mostly promotional footage
It's not the news' fault that the developer lied to them🤷♀️.
MOM: Go tour your room
Kid: (26 minutes later) slams door
thx for stealing that from me lol
@@evanalper8493 it really depends, chances of him "stealing" it though, are slim. It's also kind of stupid that'd you'd even care, but hey, I'm not you.
Unreal
0:45 First time "TV cameras" has been and will be allowed. I guess all the UA-camrs who's made videos on the house don't count?
NordDalle UA-camrs use phones not cameras
@@Daniel-z2j2v It looks way better than CNBC's TV camera footage
@@Daniel-z2j2v can you mention a youtuber with 1m+ subs that uses a phone and not a camera?
NordDalle I don’t care and why does that trigger you?
NordDalle ikr😂😂😂😂😂😂
Today is October 1st...how many of y'all gonna be late on rent? 😂
Jeffrey Twoey straight up.
Can’t relate
He said it
rip americans this is what your government is paying for instead of social programs
Done bro, too good and relatable
i was late last month now im living at my parents
The lines in the tv outside would drive me crazy
Now tell us how the owners became so successful 🤔👍
It's either exploitation of labor, the stock market, or they were bought out for millions if not billions.
Drugs too
Can't forget Drug smuggling

Having lots of money, doesn't mean you have any taste.
Trevor Phillips This house is so ridiculous it’s corny.
Sure but having no money guarantees you have no taste. LOL.
Trevor Phillips having no money you can’t even afford to have a taste
Trevor Phillips he does have taste come on
People with that much money would almost definitely remodel the house afterwards too.
5:00 For $195 million I don’t want my backyard looking like a slide.
It have a cave and a private forest walk way. You can check Architectural Digest channel. It have a detailed video of the house.
$2 million TV.Someone is getting ripped off.
3:36 i can literally HEAR the fakeness of those smiles LMFAO
I hear jealousy
Your mansion in heaven will make all those look like broom closets.
Amen! Thank you for saying that. 😇
just some dude on the internet in heaven I just want a 4,000 square foot house with a garage, a pool, and a trampoline
Goes for first house “most expensive in the us”
Second house “most expensive in the us”
Which one is it ffs
They said "currently the most expensive one" on the second house, not most expensive 🙄🙄
But it's not currently the most expensive one the first one is . 🙄🙄🙄🙄
It would take forever to clean unless you have a personal cleaner
toni medcalf I’m pretty sure if they can afford that they can afford a personal cleaner
This is lovely but would have been way cooler in 2k or 4k xD An entry level Sony isn't that expensive. (Thanks for all your hard work tho, for real)
The most impractical houses, you invite people over to show off your house, and now they have this impression you have money to sponsor their pet projects and dreams, and if you don't give them money they run off. So you end up alone in a big house...or end up with no house after everyone has conned you out of your money. I'll take the affordable suburban house in a good neighborhood and use the rest of the money to invest in things that create value.
This house is for guys who have 7bn+ in their account
The old saying of “money doesn’t buy you class” certainly springs to mind. I may not have a house that’s cost £200m+ but it’s my little piece of heaven.
Yea for you not everyone else
The second house is the house they used for the exterior shots for the Beverly Hillbillies. I always loved that house.
I found the disparity between these expensive homes and the casual t-shirt and jean attire of the narrators a bit odd.
UA-cam algorithm be like:
Let me tell you How poor you are.
so ignore it
@@mkhanman12345 We can't. It's always in our faces.
BTS AND THEIR ARMIES
That first mansion has been unsold for awhile now and i wonder why???!! Hmmm maybe because no one wants to spend 30 million in cars 😂 2 million on a tv and two million on a staircase oh and don’t forget a million dollar camera statue 📷
Wow, hope an earthquake doesn't hit.
The first house is way overpriced. The house has things that it doesn't need like the auto gallery and the large camera. The houses design is hit or miss. If I was a billionaire I would take almost everything out after I buy it.
I agree. If I was buying this house, I would literary take things out that I don't need and bring the price down to like $195million. Its way too overpriced for unnecessary reason.
Rikane Jose did u watch the end? the price got lowered to 150 million
Not liking the FB pop ups. If I wanted to read comments, I’ll read the comments.
Too bad that Florida mansion will be the first completely submerged underwater mansion by 2050. That’s what Florida deserves.
Whole Food Plant-Based Man wtf
I believe the Bel Air Mansion with the tunnels was used as establishing shot for The Beverly Hillbillies and also extensively for Cinderfella.
There is definitely a theme here.
Each entity must cost $2 million.
The party house is that giant Bel Air place for sure 💥🎉
The first mega-home is one of the most tackiest mansions I’ve ever seen. It’s a hoarders and junk collectors dream, yes! Too cluttered! European castles and mansions, eat your hearts out.
I must have missed the junk
Lose the dopey hosts. And I've seen EVERY ONE of these homes on UA-cam before this post. Enough with the first-time camera nonense. CNB, oy!
With the current high number of poor and homeless people, this unabashed display of outrageous wealth is obscene.
But it their money they earned why does it matter
Bleeding heart liberal!
Marcel Moulin don’t start that crap..People can do whatever with they want to...Just because a person have money doesn’t mean he/or she don’t give back..
Pfft this costs like 100grand in Texas
Texas isn't even that cheap in comparison to the midwest. In kasnas city that would be like a couple million
Yes but the drive to the Beverly Hills Botox clonic is going to take like 3 days.
Lol...no, it doesn’t. But I see lying is big in Texas.
The loss on the #1 house is crazyyyyy almost a 1/4 of the asking price
I don't have $$ to pay my rent!
Lol in the end only one was worth over 100 million
Number 3 right?
although im not really fun of this huge houses but i was wondering why would they did not include the half billion Bel Air's mega mansion called The One.. that massive villa that has 21 bed rooms, 5 pools, 4 elevators, 50 car space parking lot, 1 private club and its own massive man caves and others stuff..??
Over the top houses usually is a hard sell especially to the extremely wealthy. It's very expensive to maintain and you're paying way too much for square footage that mostly 80 percent of the place you won't be able to use that much anyway.
This world will pass away but Jesus is forever!
this is not the first time just watched this on another episode and it was better
1:58 Jean says work hard pays off. That's not how it works I'm afraid. You can work hard 80 hours at week in a supermarket on minimum wage, you'd never achieve this. Good on them for living the dream. But really annoys me when people says they work hard.
#4's developer is foolish:
WHY build a home for an unknown buyer??
What if none of the buyers like Modern architecture? What if they want French?
next vid: inside four $100 dollar homes
250 Million...later reduced to 150 Million. Lol
Seen rick Ross flexing like that 2nd house was his 😂💀
SABO TV he can afford to flex it now the question is can you?
And point of correction Rick Ross house is Evan Holyfield’s former house and not this one
If you are trying to hate get your fact right first
That first house has been on the market for 2 years now. It was $250 million but now the value has gone down.
The first one looks the best
And where do developer get all this money to build these house?
No one is going to by these.
They will be on the market for decades.
Maybe the prices will go down some. Lol.
Crazy how a staircase is worth more than my entire house
I really want that library in the 3rd house for myself.
THEY ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD BREAK DOWN AND CRY TO OWN 924 BEL AIR ROAD AND 935 HILLSBORO MILE. I CANNOT THANK GOD ENOUGH FOR MY BEAUTIFUL FRIENDS. I WOULD BE AMAZED FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. IT WOULD BE INDESCRIBABLY BEAUTIFUL.
Man buys $250 million house, dies 3 hours later after eating 40 pounds of jellybeans
This is a hotel or exhibition museum not a private home. We need cancer cures and safe space travel vehicles and other innovations....
Staircase that cost $2m is lame!
$300m yacht is a sea traveling vehicle not a big house situated in a crammed neighborhood that will not even allow helicopter take off or landing.
Sad that in 2019, these so called luxury dwellings that still boast vintage this and vintage that....vintage is ancient history....
When real estate is hard to unload, they do press with marketing budget....
Stupid!
Legend has it these homes are still sitting on the market waiting for the richest of the rich to buy them
Your literally not even fkn funny
Sub 2 ViperPlays Ft It’s you’re ... lmao you’d think if you’re gonna try to insult someone you’d at least have your basic grammar in check but apparently not.
And that’s literally a matter of fkn opinion but one thing I am is RIGHT Lmao 💀
Jeff Bezos would laugh. Elon Musk would sell it. Warren Buffet would rent it out, and Bill Gates might bring his girlfriend there. (Only once a year)
Thank you for the video, I wasn’t sure for which to buy 😒
Nice home but. Most important thing about home like this is you need to constantly update technology or you have old home technology well cost you money because you need to upgrade nonstop
It’s outrageously gorgeous, but if I lived there, I would always feel like a visitor😧...
😂
Prince Hanover , the beautiful french chateau looks similar to the beverly hillbillies mansion I loved the exterior!
Either to old, to modern, to new, to strange style. But i do like the pools in these videos. If i had that money i will have a big home to but i will never pay 2 millions for stairs, thats just crazy or put gold around my house. Cinema, secret tunnels, nice garden but also many bedrooms like 15-20 bedrooms and inside and outside pool.
The First Mansion Dont cost $250 Million
The Price For The Mansion Cost $188 MIllion
11:11 from 159 M to 42,5 M ???
This made me feel so poor
Guys, stop with the "taste" comments. Everyone has different tastes.
When can I move into my future home?
The said the first one was the most expensive in the USA but they also said the second one is the most expensive and it's even less
WHY DOES EVERYTHING COST 2 MIL
Rolls off the tongue easily when negotiating, just a peasantry sum of 2 mill sir! (ノ◉◞౪◟◉‵)ノ⌒[̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°̲̅)̲̅$̲̅]
150$ millions priced home sold for just 42$ mils. Whatttt?
Copied footage from architectural digest.👎👎
Imagine a staircase costing more than your house and car and yearly pay combined
Not the only camera Team there we had multiple German camera teams there already...
Sorry CNBC😂
Yeah , Bruce I wanna spend my time watching TV. Rip out the TVs and get a discount.
Even if I had the money, I wouldn’t even buy these houses 🥴
A Company That Staffs Mansion Maintenance New Millenium Style Will Make A Fortune.
No one: UA-cam: hey just wanted to remind you how poor you are
Los Angeles home to the richest and poorest people in the country. So sad.
Although quite gorgeous and amazing, this conspicuous consumption leading to all past empires have failed in the long run. Although 1/10 of 1% might be able to afford these homes, I am not sure this is truly where society needs to be or how this is relevant.
Imagine how much the tax though??
Its only worth as much as someone will pay for it. You've got to be crazy to pay so much for a house (especially one on a massive fault line)
bowling pins for only decoration idc im still knocking them over
You could house and feed all the homeless in the US if your had a heart, instead of greed.
Ava Kate I mean your right but it’s annoying when people always complain about stuff like that I mean a person with a bunch of money can do whatever they want with it. Besides, it’s not like most rich people even try to donate to the poor except Bill Gates, Chuck Feeney and Warren Buffett.
Isn't this Beverly Hillbillies house?
The tunnels remind me of Princess Peach’s castle.
This home is nice i be scared to stay in that huge home i stay in the livingroom with cameras to view its jus like this home could be a back drop of a film
What was the movie called where teenagers used the red “hourse head” house’s pool house to hang out?
hahahahaha UNTRUE !!! I saw the first home in BRAVO TV some time ago ! Ryan Servant showed it ...
I'm with Jessica on the first house.
Not only did they lie about "exclusive footage", but the hosts are about as funny as paint drying.
He said ‘the most expensive mansion in the us’ for literally each one
Hahahaa 159mil to 42 sounds like when a new Bentley or Lamborghini hits the scene just give it a few years lol
Lance Holden 😂😂😂😂😂👍👍
The guy at 7:55 says that there's nothing like this in the country. He must not know about The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. It sits on several thousand acres, has hundreds of rooms, a massive garden, tunnels throughout the home and so much more to offer than that house. I'm pretty sure two of these houses can fit in the Biltmore lol (jk). But the home is massive. No one lives there, though. But it's the largest home in the USA. However, I get what he was saying.
I love the Florida house if I’m successful in the future I would buy this home maybe.
These homes are never sold cause they price them tooooo high
Broke people always talking about money and class etc... as if any of these houses are optional buys for them...😂😂😂
The Soulmate Experience Are theses house a optional buy for you?
Sell the houses and use the money to help the poor.
Why should they
sell your phone and use it to help the poor first then they will
i love this this view so much i would bye it right now.
I wish I was friends with all of the owners
I want one of these houses for my mom because she is the best mom I could ever wish for.
But I wanna start my job as anything possible then when I get enough money I wanna start my clothing line company called *"KK"*
•S U N F L O W E R • Finna steak your idea thank u
Don't worry that's not the official name 😃😂
0:42 - $250m asking price.... sold for $95m which was BELOW the cost to build + carrying costs
