Thanks Teresa for another useful exercise that I need.
Not right now I tried hanging rolling., I can raise my arm over my head , now.
Must have done something to a mucle.
Was it an acute shoulder injury or something insidious causing the restriction? Not sure what you're referring to as "hanging rolling"?

I would love to try this, i need help , how to move my right shoulder, I can’t even put my hands on the side of my waist with my elbows out.
Not even with the thumbs in back? (requiring less external rotation of the shoulders) Perhaps some roller release exercises can help with mobility?
Sorry sloppy writing, I did some ,rolling, and hangs to help it heal, but
i do not know, I must have pulled a muscle, I did some somatic movements, I thought thought pain be relieved, it was temporally, I thought that was telling me it would not keep coming back, now my husband thought it might last for a couple of weeks more, but, why I don't know.
No I keep trying, but?
What movements do you suggest , I never know what I can or cannot do moving my arm right now, steaming from my shoulder, it's not a good feeling.
