Get you one Sal,, these badgers are awesome an not a bad price in my opinion.. Mine is the 24 Rosewell but you could easily go smaller and get the ones without the legs to save a few pennies.
When I lived in Texas we used to cook a lot of wild hogs on one of them disks, we called it walking the pig (woking the pig). Good memories and good food! Some peppers and mushrooms would have been divine with them tomatoes and maybe a little Pico DiGio on the side............or however you spell that. Looks yummy just the way it is. Kudos.
I Ilke this style of cooking. Everything turned out looking good. Tacos or rice both nice. Those onions though, I could eat them all day. That sauce had to be good. Loved the hand warmer, beer koozie thingy, that Booger made for you. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing.

Hi there. I bought the 22” Disacada but the adjustable stand is still out of stock (ordered before Christmas). Any recommendation on another burner we can purchase so that we can get cooking?
Oh man I hate those Mcdonals cheeseburgers, that being said I get them a lot when I'm on the road traveling.. here is what I do to give them some life and it makes a big difference. Order the two cheeseburger combo..I ask for 2 packs of mayo. Then I assemble by adding the mayo and then adding a handful of fries to each burger. I guess you could call it a burger and fry burger with mayo.. hehehe it works..!! the fries give it a little texture instead of that mushy texture just eating them plain.
Woah now there was a lot of yummy right there 👌 I usually use the second tomato chopping method. Yeah those beer holder cloves are so cool ! Booger is awesome ! Those steaks looked great and the price was good too. I think they would cost around $15-18 over here & that's the "walmart" brand, Angus is even more. I've never had a meal like that oh goosh it looked so very tasty. I would like at taco too but with rice must be mighty fine as well. Stupid good no doubt. You are right Paivi Booger is the best. You could easily do this dish using a different cut of meat may be something thinly sliced would be great. I could eat this everyday. it's that good. Have a great weekend Paivi.
