I've watched lots of snatch tutorials and this is by far and away the best, you have a great way of explaining things. I have never heard of or considered the importance of keeping the arm connected for longer but it makes perfect sense! The sound effects were the cherry on top 👌 much appreciated, thank you

Good kettlebell technique seems to benefit from thinking about elbows a lot.. my clean and rack position are both much better when i think about getting my elbow in contact with my side waist as soon as my arm comes up than when i think about getting my wrist and hand into the correct position around the handle 😎

I stayed with my weight and kept the connection and paid especially attention to my lats(what is that?) I am still learning about my muscles. But I found my lats and know now it is keeping the KB from going rogue on me when it is above my head. I am glad tomorrow is a rest day.
