    I can actually take pictures of the coin's that are the twin to most of the wheat cents that I've seen thus far and thanks Shaun for the knowledge of coining...

    I have about 60 1955’s that are literally new in my eyes. As well as 1958’s and have no idea what to do with them

      Send them to CAC graders, they bring more money from CAC than any other graders. 💯

    I watched this week’s closing of the ‘43 bronze… I didn’t know they were worth that much. I have 14… my great uncle owned several banks and when these came in he thought they were counterfeit and held onto them. They were then passed down through the family to my hands 40 years ago. I would sell half if they are all worth 250k.

      Ummmm I seriously think if you had even 1. It would have been sent in to be authenticated. If what you claim is true. Why haven't you did this yet. If it was true. You woupd have over 1 million dollars in pennys. So yeaa just asking

    • @zfilmmaker
      @zfilmmaker День тому +1

      @@Nursery216 I have many coins far more valuable than them. Honestly, I was never into coins, I just inherited them. I’ve had them in my safe for 4 decades and didn’t give them any thought until I moved into my new house and went through my safes. I’m just learning now, I don’t know the grading process and how you go about submitting without having something stolen. With many rare gold coins, I ponder those possibilities often.

      @zfilmmaker just Google pcgs, ngc or cac and once you get to the home page you'll find the link to be able to get them graded, some of them require a membership, but it allows you to have them graded cheaper. CAC is the best option, all of their coins sell for 40 to 70 percent more than pcgs and ngc. You can also have them graded by pcgs and ngc and have them send them to CAC, but you're just paying double for the CAC sticker.

      @zfilmmaker brother go to great collections in southern California and physically hand it over. If you have such coins I would physically deliver them in person. You could always give me one for the information 😂 that would be awesome. I wouldn't say you had so many because you will drive down the value if to many came to market.

    • @zfilmmaker
      @zfilmmaker 14 годин тому

      @@JosephGross17 I thought about effecting the market. I also thought about setting a private appointment with Heritage Auctions, apparently they will come to the customer for bigger collections and appraise. They can advise what’s worth getting graded and what not. I looked at the ‘43’s last night, I have 6 really nice ones, 4 sort of ok and 4 dark ones probably not worth much. Thanks for the info! Btw your coin is in the mail. 😜

    Distorted markets coin flipped my 1st common date wheat yesterday. 2 cents would get at a dealer. Threw it in a box. Throw another one in. No internet AI regulation yet.

    I just picked up 5 BU 1971-D Kennedy Half Dollars and I'm getting ready to send them to CAC for grading, I sure wish I could get a 68☆ on each of them, that would be awesome! 💯🙏

      About how much does that cost to get a grade?? On a coin or does it depend. And can you buy a book about grading coins to give the person idea of, is it worth to get it graded. Thank you for your time. 😁

    • @officialoverlander
      @officialoverlander 21 годину тому

      @@kathleencampbell1394 I have a membership at NGC and CAC, it only costs about 35 dollars to have them graded and it could cost up to almost 100 dollars if you want them to pedigree the coin, I usually spend about 50 dollars for grading and to have a special label for the coin. The membership is about 100 dollars a year.

    Shaun, I stumbled upon a S Wheat Penny 1944 … I was debating with a friend; he says to clean it and I was saying that it would prob depreciate it, that is if it’s worth anything… am i wrong about cleaning it? How do I find out What is it worth?
    Thank You Shaun! From San Francisco with ❤️ Love.

      Don't clean it !!! If it has good details and you want it clean, you can send it to the graders and have them clean it professionally and it doesn't take away from the value.

      A lot of them don't care much about anything,it's crazy. But on the flipside it allows me to cherry pick VAMS, key dates,varieties etc. that my lcd clearly doesn't look for.

    Not a fan of toning ! When you realize it most likely comes from the plastic holder it resides in ! I can put a 2024 mint state anything in a holder and just wait 25 years for it to mature like a fine wine !
