@@ghassenhmida3956I don't even know how it's an overwatch clone. It's literally third person that alone differentiates it from OverWatch massively.

NetEase used to have a very close relationship with Blizzard so I'm not surprised their OW clone actually looks good.
With how dire OW2 is doing right now it would be hilarious if NetEase captured that market
It helps that Marvel is an infinitely more popular and deep IP than OW, especially after Blizzard repeatedly dropping the ball trying to make the OW lore relevant.

Yeah It's an Overwatch clone but if they actually let the casual people play the game without driving everyone to ranked like Overwatch did I'll be fine.

I thought it was a weird looking Magneto at first. But with that A on his belt I'm guessing that's Ares, who also rocks the Spartan helmet.

Yeah JP, the second you saw Magneto levitating with those huge broad shoulders, you should've already assumed he's gonna be a Sigma clone.
I'm absolutely ok with this. Blizzard fucked OW to hell and back and squandered its endless potentials. Now let someone else do it "the Blizzard way" aka copy the idea, put on a fresher coat of paint and make it a more successful game using the Marvel IP, something infinitely more popular and culturally relevant than OW will ever be.

No one's mentioning the fact that this game, at least in the trailer, is a 3rd-person game, not an FPS like OW. I'm not a fan, but we'll see.
Fps just wouldnt have worked with the amount of different characters marvel has lol, like imagine how would black panther work in first person or spidey swinging in first person

More Paladins/Smite than OW. It's also dubiously by Netease even if it is moneyhatd by marvel/Disney, so i expect atrocious monetization.

Honestly, the movement looks really clunky. Also being pc only is kinda a drag.
If people are looking for an OW replacement Id say check out Gigantic which is back out on April 9th. Great movement, updrade paths for skills, amazing character design, and animations. I guarantee it will be cheaper than whatever this cash grab is gonna go for. And I say that as a marvel fan.

@LawysArt they said console at some point, doesnt give much faith. Also they will be monetizing through characters, and skins obviously and could be predatory with it like OW has been. And the fact they didn't pay concept artist for their work doesn't give me hope.

@Grimjr7 remember that Project Mugen game that blatantly ripped off Spider-Mans web swinging mechanics. This is the same developer. Except now they are going to be ripping off other games for this one. I don't like devs that can't come up with their own solutions. It shows they lack creativity and passion, and the game will reflect that.
