If I make a suggestion, I'd like to see your suggestion regarding select>modify> feather-expand or contract to perfect a mask blend. Your help is so appreciated.
Hi Dave. I have watched enough of your videos to be able to anticipate your next step and often what you’ll use to get there. For other areas I’m thinking “but what about that area, it needs to be added (or removed) from the selection. Thanks a lot and keep them coming please.

Hi Dave: Another great video. I am feeling more confident in my understanding of TK8 each week. Have you considered making a mask where you might have to select 3+ objects during the Mask Calculator steps? At what point does it simply get unmanageable? Thanks Dave - I had ongoing problems with the Object Selection/Object Finder tool for several weeks, Adobe could not solve it after two different attempts (for several hours). However, your little tip today regarding Preference solved it. I put the Selections Processing on "More Stable" and immediately after restarting PS all of my selections using the Object Finder were resolved! BANG - just like that. Thanks - and thanks for a great tutorial as always. Mario

A great video. Unfortunately, I missed last week's so have just caught up. Really impressed with the use of the mask calculator and the innovative ways of using it in the workflow. This turns it into a very powerful tool and one with endless possibilities. Seems that the TX8 Panel just keeps on giving and way ahead of anything else out there. Congrats to Tony and to you for bringing such Joy to Editing - if that's not too cheesy?

On Step two, I click "Subject" and "Inverse" on CX but does not invert, for that reasion I open MM and select the Moify to keep going the procedure.
My Photoshop version is v24.1.0 Beta.
On step two, select the subject and Invert but does not inver that for that reasion on MM i select Modify to keep going the procedue.
My Photoshop version is v24.1.0 Best.
David are you clicking on the correct invert button on either the CX or Combo Panel? There are 2 different invert buttons. One for pixel layers and the other for inverting selections.
I have chosen the wrong Icon for the upper group instead of the icon under "the Saves the active selection". So I fixed it. Thanks for your reply.
