kumporme po sa variety ng monggo at sa procedure, yung pangkaraniwang nabibili lang sa palengke yun po yung 3 days lang, kapag po kasi umabot ng more than 3 days nagiging payat na yung toge

Pwede naman po palitan, yung ginawa ko kc dumikit na yung mga ugat sa tissue kaya hnd ko pinalitan, hinugasan ko naman po sya bago lutuin 😊
