Is it better to have traits of low score description or traits of high score description?
This depends on what traits they are. It's great to have positive traits with a high score, and a low score to negative traits

Is there masculine traits theory and feminine traits theory
There is anima and animus i think? By sigmund freud but i dont think thats what youre looking for
I don't think there is one but there have been studies done on personality differences between the genders using the big five model and the hexaco model. These models aren't theories per se, they're test based on language data, but they have been confirmed with many samples. The results are that there are some small gender differences in personality traits. Happy researching!
