The Dance - Other Worldly Guided Visualization

Dedicated to all dancers through space/ time ❤️This is the fourth of seven guided meditations in my Other Worldly series. If you listened to the previous visualization, you may begin to notice some connecting themes. They'll become stronger from here on out.
I first read this one on my 33rd birthday, March 27th. It was read during Savasana at the end of the one and only vinyasa flow I've led on IG Live. My little brother had just passed away suddenly on March 22nd from a severe case of Hemochromatosis. My mom lived with him, and needed immediate financial aid. To all who helped promote that class, who attended, or who donated, or purchased one of these paintings in support, thank you. I think about your generosity and kindness daily, and am so grateful to be a part of a broad and loving community. I raised exactly how much was needed - no more, no less. It was perfect, thank you.
And, all the heart-melting feedback I received after that class for this guided meditation was part of what motivated me to hunker down and create this entire series. Thank you for all your kind words of love and support throughout this new labour of love ❤️
