1 tbsp sesame seeds,

1 tsp ajwain.
Dry roast all the seeds in a pan and then grind them into a coarse powder.
When the mixture is cool, blend it with amla powder or the chopped amla. Add salt nad store..

½ tsp Kalonji seeds
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp jaggery.
Slightly roast the seeds. Grate the jaggery. Mix all ingredients together and make tiny tiny balls. Keep in an airtight container. You can have one of these twice a day.
