SOMETHING needs to happen so we can have more direct international flights and even direct domestic flights! Making this an attractive hub for a carrier would be great!
I would love to see St Louis as an American hub again. The problem is they have too many hubs as is and Chicago isn't too far away.
How about instead of making a new hub for American Airlines use the infrastructure money to create high speed bullet trains between St. Louis and Chicago?
Nonstop. Direct means a flight with a stop w/o plane change.
