Love this. My Dad worked in Missouri and often flew into St. Louis when connecting to Columbia /Jefferson City. I think he mentioned having flown over the Gateway Arch.
Great views of Forest Park, the Central West End (just east of Forest Park), mid-town, downtown, and the Anheuser-Busch complex (under the wing at 10:29 - 10:35)
We flew to the Caribbean one time and we knew about the floods but when we saw the Mississippi and Missouri rivers we were shocked, looked like a HUGE lake! Fortunately, our house is high enough because we live between both rivers. I love seeing the ARCH while flying in too
Keep up the amazing work! We love your videos. We are fans and have a suggestion that we believe will get you tons of views. Q & A Video. For example, many of us are interested in how you have the time for all of these flights, how you have the time to sleep, how you are able to pay for tremendous amounts of airfare for so many flights, & so much more. That would be an awesome video! 👍😀
yes sir i remember when lambert was a very busy airport back when ozark air lines was there and so many others in and out of st.louis as well as TWA . i was born in st. louis and grew up around hyde park that too was a better place than. but we moved to the country in southeast missouri and that transition from city kid to country boy took a while good grief lol
Great video! Did you get the COVID-19 vaccine and if so which vaccine was it? I'm fully vaccinated and I got the Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccine. Also since you fly with United Airlines, they just announced that they are giving away free flight to any destination. You don't need to be fully vaccinated and you must be member of MileagePlus. You just need to upload the vaccination card.
nice views and landing
I flew from stlouis to San Antonio Texas on twa back in 1990 very first time I ever had flown
11:20 That’s the most stunning view of St. Louis! I ended up taking a screen shot of it and editing it to make my own!
Sometimes you just get luck with approaches. This was one of those times! Thanks for watching my friend!
16:08 was amazing I loved the view! I took a screenshot and I’ll add this in my future UA-cam channel
That approach in to KSTL that takes you by the Arch is always a fun one.
Thats where I live!!!!
I'm in the Metro East. Too bad you can hardly get anywhere from STL nonstop. Originally from Cubs country (enemy territory).
I remember when there was a graveyard at the end of the runway on that approach. That was decades ago.

very nice views of St Louis...noticed it on right side bar a year later....
One more FANTASTIC approach into STL 👏👍

Great request!
Someday, I'll do that. I don't know when, but someday.
Very nice landing that was
Excellent video 😊📸! Did you land on Runway 12L or 12R? Lambert Field is 😎 Cool!
Wow that's cool bro😎
Can you do a non-stop flight from DFW-SJU?
Anyone remember when STL was a busy hub with TWA everywhere you looked?
I do. I even remember picking up relatives there when you could still go to the gate to see them. Oh how times have changed.
@@sla31 Wow, I remember those days too. Aviation will never be the same. Glad I got to experience it as a child.

@@dianegoodwin1981 I’m sure! It’s a shame that STL isn’t the major hub that it once was. The fate of TWA was rather unfortunate.
Nice Vid

Yes, I am fully vaccinated. Due to my regular job involving first responder duties, I have been fully vaccinated since January.
I'm old school. But how bout, let's put winglets on the winglets of these aircraft! Has GOT to give us better mileage, right😚
The gateway to the West!
