Hey I have been curious about the foodi too..always nice to have something to play with. I purchased a dutch oven to do bread in..I have made several in the dutch oven and it turned out always good.
Dutch oven bread is really good and so easy-make the dough night before put it on counter then put in dutch oven-so easy! nice crispy crust too! I may have to give that a try in my little camper trailer-except not down here in Florida-so hot! I'm not used to the heat and humidity.
I made this recipe tonight. Came out really good. I actually even had the exact same flower that you were using that I like to use. The bread was very light and soft. I did the rectangle loaf in my oven and the round loaf in my Ninja Foodie Dual Zone. ( just to compare different cooking methods ) I haven’t cut the rectangle loaf yet but I’m sure it’s going to be just as good. Thank you. This was a super simple recipe.😊
Wow, both pieces came out looking gorgeous. I have 4 of those Ninja loaf tins, but I've never been brave enough to try doing bread. The loaf tins however do make great lasagna tins! I make enough to fill all four, put them in a regular fan oven, then once cooled, I just put three of them in the freezer. Quite handy
Hi Adam-perfect size for lasagna. and lasagna sounds pretty good-may have to make one this weekend. Not gonna lie to you if you have a bread machine use it -much easier -lol.
I did a loaf of bread in mine, but what I had it setting on was too high and the top of the bread burned... I thought I would never get that burn smell off the coils.. it was our favorite bread recipe that I had made in our bread machine..
Hi, going to make bread. Did you prefer steam/bake over steam/crisp. Foodi recipe calls for steam/crisp but your steam/bake crust looks more crusty. I will be using the all purpose pan.
Very nice crumb...I am going to be baking sandwich bread sometime today. My first loaf I am going to do in my Zojirushi and the other will be using dough cycle and baked in oven. I got a breadbox so I want to see how the bread keeps.
All the water boiled out and fried the silicone Matt. I put it on Steam and Crisp and it worked. Maybe my almost new cooker has a problem. Bread okay … done on top but not brown on bottom. But it tastes good. Going to try again but first going to troubleshoot my xl one lid. Thanks for your help. 😁
But If you have a bread maker -just use that-lol. Me I just wanted to see if it could be done.

Yeah so much easier in bread machine-I never did get the one you have. I should. Oh let me know how the breadbox keeps bread.
Hi what size Foodi do you use? The 6 or the 8? So I know whick one to buy that the Ninja bread loaf pan will fit in it. Thanks, Your subscriber.
Hey, Lisa, What did you add after salt and before water? I think it was olive oil but you didn’t mention it
sorry-2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. thanks I'll check out the vid.
Where do we see how the loaf turned out in the bread pan
Hi Lisa Great to see you again. How long does it Pre heat. Mines been Pre heating 20”. On to the second loaf and same thing. Yikes!!
HI susie! I don't remember how long...it's been a while. How did it turn out?
