Portable Workshop Improvements / DIY Tilting Router Lift

- This is the third video in a series of four about the improvements I’m making to my multi-function Portable Workshop. Today I’ll show you how to use and modify the router table’s tilting lift system.
The system allows me to lift and lower the router thanks to a threaded rod. I can also tilt the router to get the most out of my bits and do more kinds of router projects.

Nice addition to this portable workshop. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎

Always amazing. Greeting from Caracas/Venezuela

Very nice work. A small suggestion. I would also cut a 45 degree piece from the top of the router mount, just above the bolt which secures the router body. This would allow the router to tilt more without hitting the underside of the top.
Good tip!
You have amazing skill. Your projects are the best I've seen.
thanks!

6:54 what its for? is it salt?
It's salt (not baking powder) ... helps keep the pieces from sliding about during glue up!
Браво маэстро 🔥💪👌👍
