Keep it up. I am 64 and I love planking. For my 63rd birthday, I did a two hour combined plank crawl with 200 pushups. I certainly hope when I am 86 that I can manage a two minute plank. Keep on planking my friend.

I love your plank workout. My favorite plank is the feet elevated plank. When I do this, I mix it up with decline pushups. The plank I have the most trouble with is the side plank. My balance is horrible and I am all wobbly and my form sucks. So, I guess this is the one plank I skip. Anyway, thanks for the workout. One day, I will post on my channel some of my planks. Not nearly as good as yours but still, not bad for an old man of 64. Thanks again.
