  • On today’s video we start prepping for some of our bigger runs. One of the things we have been looking at as a solution to carry fuel and clear up the space inside the cab is a roof rack of some sort. We wanted something that was light , modular and didnt look extremely bulky. We decided to reach out to TrailRax and worked out a deal to put their product to a test. A lot of rack systems get lost in the overlanding scene but I think if you are crawling it’s also very important to keep the rig organized and strapped down…. Join us as we install a system in each of the rigs and show you what we plan on doin with them.
Make sure to check them out at www.trailrax.com

I gotta say, I've been really happy with the trailrax half rack on my 2 door. I'm continually surprised how much fits even on the half rack. Keeps the back clear for the puppers with camping gear on top. Keeps extra gas and muddy shovels/etc on the sides. Easy to find hardware for, too.

@@JoeKington that’s awesome to hear basically what we want to do keep inside a little cleaner

Just a heads up. Don’t put anything forward on that side rack. I had to move my rotopax just to the rear. That side panel flexes on trails and hits the glass.

    Excellent detailed video.
Would you be able to add an awning to the half rack trailrax on the bronco?

What size type of tires and wheels on the Braptor? Collars or springs? Would love to see a full walkaround. Did he get rid of the spare?

so the wheels are Walker Evans 17x 8.5 and 38" Falken M/T's, the lift kit is a Hyperco Spring swap kit 2" front 2"HD rear. right now the spare tire is deleted not sure if it will stay like that but it is awesome wheeling with out it
