    Such a wonderful routine. I have been following your exercises since I had my hysterectomy in June 2021 and I can't explain how wonderful the learning journey to connect to my body and mind has been. Qigong is such a breathe of fresh air with you. I shall forward it to my 79 year old mother in the hope that she will take up the practice of Qigong and give herself the wonderful gift to practice in 2024. I have been telling her (and many others) over the time I have been exploring Qigong, the joy, flexibility, mobility, energy and emotional benefits I feel daily with your instruction.     I so love this exercise! Its the first time in weeks that Ive been able to be totally present in what Im doing. I feel better and the tightness has lessened. Thank you for the gift of you Kseny ❤

    Morning kseny! I really enjoyed the start of this family practice. It made me feel good and grounded. India wasn't well yesterday. She was playing with her kong the night before and it had a treat that had been in there from the last time she played with it. After managing to get it out she did not feel well. This morning she ate her treats at training so we are both much happier. How's altai? Have a great day!😀🐶🐶

    Morning kseny! Finished this practice today. I so enjoyed it. I hope you have a lovely weekend. We have snow at the moment which hampers my exercise. Am learning to work with it. The dogs are far more pneumatic than I am!😯😁🐶🐶

    I found this video on my UA-cam feed this morning. I've got sciatica at the moment so I'm trying to keep moving without making myself uncomfortable and this was perfect for me. I've subscribed because at 67 I feel your channel is going to be a valuable addition to my routine whether I have sciatica or not. Thank you Kseny
