I think premium UA-cam actually is the better option. You don't see the ads, so UA-cam doesn't get the revenue, but still has to pay the content creators for the views. Yes, I also struggled with this.

Many movies with Clint Eastwood you couldn’t make today like Dirty Harry just to name one. They’d say too much “toxic masculinity.” Heck they just went after Gran Tarino not too long ago, and you could tell they didn’t actually watch the movie.

So what's funny about the Mr. Clean ad is the company that rebranded for them found out that middle-aged women had the hots for him. Hence the refresh of him and these commercials. 😂

I watched “The Departed” on Netflix the other day - within the first half hour, Mark Wahlberg called a room full of men “girls” (as a slur), Matt Damon calls the opposing football team “queers” and “homos” (as a slur), and Wahlberg and Jack Nicholson both used the N word. Not only did the movie win an Oscar, but Mark Wahlberg won for best supporting actor. My first thought: this could never be made today.

I retired at age 53. My wife makes great money working from home. I do all of the shopping, cooking, cleaning, and anything else needed around our home, including auto repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, minor home maintenance, and so on. It's a great arrangement.
The Chrysler ad about Detroit was really wholesome. I think that all moderates at least could agree with it.
The jockey commercial was amazing!
I took a Public Speaking course in High school and we were able to choose any historical to perform in front of the class. I choose Patton's speech to the 3rd Army. After that all speeches had to be approved beforehand.
Of course they put an actual UA-cam ad in when Michael was about to play another controversial ad, and I was confused what was controversial about a Vessi Shoes ad 😂
