Hiyas Mark, Ain't it grand when you run across a blend that blows your mind! Right place, right time, right tobacco & pipe. Nice to know that there are still pleasant surprises out there. So hot and humid here, I'd love to bask in a cool, misty day right now!! It is what it is, till it ain't no more. Serene smokes mate, Gary
Hello Gary. This blend really surprised me with the aroma and flavors. Definitely fills a void if someone wants an aromatic type blend but with a classic taste. Hope it cools down for you. Regards Mark
Good Morning 😊 Beautiful Pipe 😍 Delightful Tobacco 😋 Did Not Have it 😢 Appreciate You Sharing Your Thoughts on The Blend 👏🏼 Happy Smoking 🌬💨💨 Have a Fantastic Day 👍🏼 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Goooood morning Mark, that looks wonderful sat on the porch, serene, glad your enjoying that blend, I tend to keep away from the flowery essence of the Lakeland blends, it the hoggarth tobaccos are the best pure quality, coniston cut plug unscented for me and the twist ropes, superb on the nicotine front and flavours, the year is certainly motoring on our schools don’t break up for another month, Mrs T looking forward to her summer break, and I’ll finally get a my first couple of weeks since Christmas ready for parking the truck up, the joys of working for yourself 😂. Hope all is well with the family. Enjoy.
Hello Bob. Thank you, moments like this seem few and far between lately. I really enjoyed this bowl, I do love the stronger blends also but this is a beautiful summer blend. The year is flying by, I bet you will be looking forward to your vacation. All the best to you and your family. Regards Mark
I’ve been a piper for 15 years and have amassed 75 blends and just discovered in the last 30 days that Chelsea morning n evening and ….. Capstan blue and gold are all I will ever need for “life”
Hey Mark, I find the same enjoyment with Ennerdale. Lots of flavor, behaves well, and isn’t terribly strong so bowl size only dictates how much time you want to sit back and relax. Cheers buddy, Alex
Thanks so much for this Alex. Absolutely superb blend. I truly enjoyed the first bowl and looking forward to more. I am going to have to get some of this when I finish your sample. Regards Mark
I've heard good things about that blend, I've tried it and it didn't go so well for me I'm going to let it set for a while to try it again in about a month. Have a great week!😊
This was my first time trying it and really enjoyed it, just a flavor explosion. I will be curious to see if I get the same a second time. Definitely worth trying a second try. Regards Mark
Looked like a good evening to enjoy a nice pipe and a new (to you) tobacco. Sounds like I might like that one, but it seems like I have so many tins still available. Heading up to the cabin soon, I may have to take a pipe with me. Take care Mark!
Hello Tom. This blend is absolutely fantastic. I know what you mean about so many tins, but this might be worth adding. Will be looking forward to seeing a cabin video. Regards Mark
We sound like old men don’t we? “Where is time going?” Or “wow this year has flown by” it’s funny, I don’t remember my grandparents talking like this. I need to try some Ennerdale. Never had it but have heard others rave about it Hope you’re well Mark 😊
I thought you’d like the Ennerdale Mark, that doughy fruit loaf smell and I pick up some cinnamon in there too, it’s such a good smoke. I think you’ll also like the Mahogany too as they advertise if you like the Ennerdale you’ll love the Mahogany, that’s also a quality smoke, have you tried the Fire dance? Big Phil mentioned fire dance to me a while ago and I just had to try it and that’s another one aging in my jars, very fruity but again a wonderful smoke. Have a great week my friend and enjoy your smokes.
Hello Jonathan. This blend absolutely blew me away, beautiful flavors and a real classic in my opinion. Can’t believe this is my first time trying it. Your flavor discerption is bang on. I have never tried Mahogany or Fire Dance. These blends are not easy to find here, that being said I am going to keep an eye open. Always a pleasure to hear from you sir. Regards Mark
This is one of my favorites! Always have some on hand.
I can easily see this becoming one of my favorites also.
