impressive work
Please what microscope do you use for your work?
i think i had to use the hot gun from downside of the board!
yes is always safer that way
How much heat and air you kept on that sensor coz this thing gets damages because of too littlest heat
sensor its very risky to change it but 350c. 60% air speed. Be quick. Leaded solder make faster bond. Also heat from bottom is safer.
what was the heating temperature?
after reballing it went blurr little bit
Because bga balls was not same size, its need to be optical correction
U can try to adjust the focus by rotating the lens if it was a simple CCD camera.
what's that liquid its in, you will have to taker it off the sensor after, how ?
which liquid. Its no-clean-liquid flux and then clean with alcohol. Alcohol will dry itself.
Repaired? Yes. Works? No. :)
wdym?
Lets try apple A10 handmake😂
What was this camera?
