I work 15 hours per day ( not including the travel time and lunch break ). and then I do Uber eats and Doordash on my extra time. Before the most challenging part was the sleep and the drive going to work. My tip if they want to work multiple jobs they gotta know that theyre sacrificing their health, time with friends, family etc so when its time to sleep go sleep. When driving my tip is dont focus too much on the road because it makes you sleepy my tip is watch a movie while driving ( I know its bad but I got to divert my attention so that I wont get too sleepy while driving) another tip is Bring a cool mist and constantly spray it on your face I promise it helps. I think the benefit is if they run around the same time. There might be overlap but you could have 2 salaries in one time. Your tax will be higher but you still earned it in say 50 hours instead of 80 to then get all that tax. You can make 80 hours in 50 to get taxed like 80 in 50, at least you can save maybe 30 hours a week as well as now the extra commute you've already saved. Sounds cool to, side hustles of course. Yes, work one job and go to school to get a better job. I worked 2 jobs for 2 years and ended up having a mini nervous breakdown in my late 20s, now I'm in my 40s and this is my advice. I would say only work two jobs for 3 to 6 months be discipline, save your money, depending on what type of job it is. If it is an easy peasy job thats one thing, but dont over work yourself, and save your money. But 1st option go to school to work on getting a better job so you won't have to work so hard on thats in demand😊 , I would tell people to become an RN. It pays good and it's a career that is in demand
Be prepared to save money and build a fund because I have some serious news. People that are 40 and above should not work more than one job because strokes and heart attacks are forecasted. I did a 25 year study on the 40 hour work week compared to working 24 hours or part time. I discovered that Ford came up with the 40 hour work week but the Natives of the Amazon had figured out the human limitation for health, happiness and joy. It turns out that they have only worked 2 and a half days looking for food and berries or fish. Then they nap, eat, play with the kids, have a good deal of sex, and tell stories around the fire.
Would you think another con of having two jobs are the bosses? Like if one boss from one place changes your schedule and your other boss from the other place gets mad, i believe the only place the two bosses can be find with schedule change if you got two jobs at the same place. two bosses can talk to each other about and maybe the big boss would jump in and say something
Meh, i still don't see any cons, I got two jobs and i frll awesome, I don't care about my social life, i still got my 2 best friends, even though i hardly see them, My wife and i are good, she understands why i do what i do, My parents are both proud and sad that i hustle non stop, But God Jesus is the one who really gives me the strength As long as i got Him, i will be ok, whether they like it or not. Hallelujah. ☦✝️👑🙏
Never herd of that one but I'm all for doing all that you can but... just not the overlapping just due to the fact that could get you fired ya know, but that's just my opinion.
I'm not sure whats going on out that way but If they are paying more than your other jobs starting off I would go for it. The reason I give it to amazon is because we have a way to capitalize quicker than other jobs due to the over time.
@@S.B.how long did you manage working both the full time and part time? I’m interviewing for part time positions for weekends only and I’m wondering how long I can last doing this new life, EVERY week. 😅😅😅😅
Well I got one for you SB I applied two weeks ago to I believe the same facility as yours for Amazon I passed everything I have the most cleanest background and driving record everything was set for go and a week ago I did my drug test heard on Monday will contact you shortly for onboard orientation and I've been waiting a whole week and never have been contacted I have been rapidly sending the onboarding tons of emails and have not gotten anything back from them not thinking too much about Amazon these days
Not sure why that would happen pretty crazy only thing I could see being the reason it maybe its starting to slow down and they don't need as many drivers right now but that's just my opinion. If they don't hit you back I hope you get something even better!
Isn't it just better to do extra hours that pay more and you can choose when you pick them? Plus better chances at getting raises and pomotions and no trafic hours!
All jobs don't offer unlimited OT. That's the problem im running into at my job now. I was working 6 days most weeks, but now they want to crack down on OT so I've only been able to do 5 days most of the time.
Sounds easy and I def. agree people should do that but most of time school cost and people are needing immediate money for late bills and to avoid sinking even further. But if people are able to for sure.
If it’s not a trade it’s a waste of time. Or a highly recommended certification. Bachelors degrees are a money pit and entry level jobs are offering $15/hr. No thanks. Wish I never wasted the money

As long as you’re graduating with 0 debt meaning no school loans then no it’s not….
😂😂😂😂says someone broke and in debt....what about after you graduate...you will be working two jobs
I have 2 degrees and two remote jobs..how do u think i paid my student loan debt 😂..the 2nd job did that for me!
He said study not school I support this
Be prepared to save money and build a fund because I have some serious news.
You sound like you depend on someone else financially. Be prepared for hell when they pass away and your parachute doesn’t open
Have 1 kitchen job so you can have free fresh food
That's actually smart lol I don't have much cooking skills though lol
Would you think another con of having two jobs are the bosses? Like if one boss from one place changes your schedule and your other boss from the other place gets mad, i believe the only place the two bosses can be find with schedule change if you got two jobs at the same place. two bosses can talk to each other about and maybe the big boss would jump in and say something
You can still cook while working 2 jobs
Im
Looking for a security night shift job on a cemetery but I can’t find one 😂lmao
How do you get your voice to sound so amazing brother?
Meh, i still don't see any cons,
I got two jobs and i frll awesome,
I don't care about my social life, i still got my 2 best friends, even though i hardly see them,
My wife and i are good, she understands why i do what i do,
My parents are both proud and sad that i hustle non stop,
But God Jesus is the one who really gives me the strength
As long as i got Him, i will be ok, whether they like it or not.
Hallelujah. ☦✝️👑🙏
I'm with you! Sometimes wonder how it would've been if I stayed, dope position.
What are your ideas on working one online job (remote maping service) and getting your PhD at the same time? (getting paid through assistantship).
Never herd of that one but I'm all for doing all that you can but... just not the overlapping just due to the fact that could get you fired ya know, but that's just my opinion.
What about working in Canada is it still worth it with how bad the tax is right now
I'm not sure whats going on out that way but If they are paying more than your other jobs starting off I would go for it. The reason I give it to amazon is because we have a way to capitalize quicker than other jobs due to the over time.
How many hours of sleep do you get per night? That’s important
I'm at about 6 hours average right now.
Some of us have no option we don’t have a husband a dad a sugar daddy to feed us
I hear you on that
2 jobs as in one full time and one part time or both full time? 😮
One was 40+ and the other was 20-30 but now I'm just back down to 1 job feels amazing! lol
Yo today I was Scheduled as a driver and they told me peak season is over and gave me a gift card 😂 am I fired?
Sheesh Idk I would've asked him that question, not sure also you could prob. look on your schedule!
Do u find time to workout too ?
No sir I tried it was only possible for me when I was perfect with my sleep schedule.. which was rare.
My debt is killing me more than I think two jobs will bro 😂😂🤣
LOL I hear you fam lol well do the two jobs just be careful with your sleep🙏
Its possible to Have 2 jobs in amazon warehouse 👀???
Nah all the same company that would be crazy tho lol
Get into overemployment!!!
ppl act like 2 jobs is new n trending; it’s not! been doing it since i was 20 now im 50. guess its new n trending for a certain race 😮.
Yea I've had a few people in my family who've done it since I could remember.
No cap this shit whooping my ass, I ain’t made it to a month yet😭
Keep going! I've been doing 2 FTJ for 4 months now. its worth it!
Its definitely a challenge for sure! Make sure your getting your rest fam.
❤❤❤
Its not worth it.
Definitely takes a toll on you.
I like turtles 🐢
No! It’s ridiculous. Go back to school better. 2 jobs no time to live. You are a slave to the money you will never have time to enjoy.
