  • Making a tie dye candle, or marbled affect, colour your glass with wax, let that set, then add melted cool wax, cool enough not to let it melt the side walls, let the whole candle set, then add it to 3 stages of water, the boiling water will be enough just to melt a 1cm amount of wax, then you can spin or shake around a little to move and swirl the melted colours. have fun and thanks for watching..

    First of all, this music is SICK!
    Also, thanks for an awesome tutorial. I’m pretty new to candle making and I didn’t think this would be possible without special equipment.

      What is sick is people that comment hateful, rude remarks to someone's video, as if were as natural as breathing. Didn't your mama ever teach you that if you can't say anything nice... don't say anything at all? People that make video's owe you not a dang thing in this world and did not make it just for you. The first thing you need to learn is respect for other's before learning how to make a candle.

      This is just superb, I've been looking for "how to make fragrant soy candles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Cenadoelyn Candle Contemplation - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.

    Was wondering if you're putting the jar in 3 different bowls of hot water . Cant tell because its out of view

    • @whitemilksoapandcandles
      @whitemilksoapandcandles  6 років тому

      yes, because if you add the jar straight to the hot water, youll stress it and the glass might crack, you have to make the glass hot gradually.

      white milk soap and candles thank you for the reply, im honored. I've been getting a lot of heat from friends and family for making candles because I'm a 30 yr old construction worker lol. My kids are only ones who are on my side. You're videos have been the best ones I've found so far. Keep it up, cheers!

    i’m sorry if i missed this detail in the video but how long do you keep the jar in each stage of water? thank you so much this was such a cool video!!

    • @whitemilksoapandcandles
      @whitemilksoapandcandles  3 роки тому

      Not that long as my glass was very thin, you only need to bring the glass up to temp before the boiling water so it dosen't crack, the last boiling water will melt the coloured wax.

    Thanks for an awesome video! I was wondering.. how do you ever get the wax out of the syringe? lol --- Wondering if you just run boiling hot water through it. I am going to try this method but just hoping all the wax will come out of the syringe first. Thanks so much. Love your videos.

      Yep ur right hunni, just pull boiling water up through it, or throw away once done, they are pretty cheap, make sure it was it quite cool 😎 before pouring as it will just melt the tiny pattern you've made on the inside
