    Thank you for posting this basic 20-minute warm-up! It's nice to just have a quiet rendition, with no music and no voice-over. All we need to do is mirror the motion. This is a perfect warm-up to start the day, wake up the body, and get energized!

    In Coronavirus Lockdown and this is perfect for keeping fitness and suppleness levels up - do not pressure yourself and you can gently ease through the more difficult moves but every time you repeat they become a little easier - i find the vigorous swinging movements wonderfully refreshing - as refreshing as a long run without the stress and strain - no commentary but that is a big plus - with daily repetition a commentary becomes a tedious tiresome distraction - here you just have the calming background sounds of gentle waves on the shore

    Love it. Had been regularly spraining my wrists 'coz of poor warm up. Really needed this. Thanks a ton. Am doing this daily now.

    man all the fitness and strength excercises made me stiff, And with 4 days in a week chopping wood lifting wit heavy logs, I think the heaviest were around 60kg, The work is fun to do but it was a pain also, Thanks for these excercises it was very useful to get rid of my stiffness :D

    Ironic that at the first of the video, and old guy goes jogging by, Then toward the end, he comes back jogging by, It seems that he is using only a few same muscles to jog.
