Thanks for the compliment Ken. In the next video I want to build a mini tart Teepee. . I've been working on this idea for a while now and I think I finally got it figured out... talk to you the next one and have a most awesome week.
I Like this set up better if i am going to be there more than 2 days or if the weather may get worse, great video, looking forward to this spring build with different cordage and experimentation or your part to iron out uses..
Thanks jerry. Yes I'm absolutely going to bring it back this spring for the rainy season. I've also got a couple changes I want to make too. One will be different cordage. The other one I want to try to make a bathtub floor. have an awesome week and I'll talk to you later
Thanks bob. You know it really hasn't been that cold this December which is pretty freaking weird. I have a feeling January is going to kick our butt though. Talk to you later and have an awesome week
Thanks craig. I think for the next project will build a mini tarp shelter teepee. Unfortunately it might be a couple weeks before I can get to it. All heck has broken loose here. Talk to you later brother and have an awesome week
Thanks David I'm going to bring this project back this spring during the Rainy season. I think it has potential. Talk to you in the next one and have an awesome week
Thanks doug. I do have a couple cooking with Bob videos plan for next year. One will be used in the all new and approved Atomic oven. Talk to you in the next one and have an awesome week
i'd go for the ridge line (but with better cord) because of the speed and easy of setting it up, and i'm sure it would be ok for over nighters or even a few days. I have used 2 tarps numerous times but only over lap them by about a third to get the maximum ground foot print as its be and my hound, and he's a big boy with long legs.
Hi neil. Yes use better cordage. I would go with some poly rope. Oh cool you get to Camp with your dog. Unfortunately somebody won't let me take peanut Into the Woods yet. Not mentioning any names. :-) this is the first time I tried this set up. I like it. I'm going to bring it back this Spring for more experimentation. Especially in the rain. I've also got a couple ideas for some mods I'd like to make too. Talk to you later and have a Merry Christmas
Thanks trapper.. you know I never considered using my hammock with this setup. You've given me an idea.. awesome I bet you guys are going to have a fun time. I'm sure you're home by now but if you got any pictures of your setup you're more than welcome to send them to me on my Facebook page. I like to check it out. If not no big deal. Have an awesome week and I'll talk to you in the next one
Thanks Tim. For my next project I want to build a mini tarp teepee. This is the one I was talking to you about a while back. I think I figured it. out. Unfortunately it'll be a couple weeks before I'm able to do it. I'd come down with an nasty flu. And it's kicking my butt. Have an awesome week and I'll talk to you in the next one
Well it seems like a tent is a better idea not sure why you want to go this route. I mean you gotta have 5 tarps, poly rope and tent stakes at this point you've built a tent so just use a tent haha. Oh now I need some better rope let me go buy some of that too haha
Actually a hot tent would be the best in this situation. I do have several of them. This was a friends of the channel requested video to see what I thought of a Ridgeline double wall tarp setup. Honestly I kind of like it. I'm going to bring it back during the rainy season and see what I think of it. What different rope of course.. thanks so much for your comment and have an awesome week
Hi Jason thanks for asking. Well in the middle of January I caught the flu bug. I finally beat it then all my vehicles decided to go on strike all at once. Now they're all running again. Guess what.. yep we got hit by a snow storm last week and currently getting hit by and I storm now. So basically I've had a string a bad luck . Although next week is looking promising. Cross your fingers I'm able to get out. I'd like to finally build a mini teepee I've been working on for a while. Talk to you later. And have a great evening.
Yes they are mike. Thanks for noticing. I could tell you it was a long and painful process to get them done. I can say I'm fairly happy with the end results. Still getting used to them. Talk to you later and have a most awesome weekend

What you could do is a hybrid of the two
That is not a bad idea ken. I'm going to put that on the list to do
Great vid. Where ya located? Asking because this looks similar to my area of KS.
