Yeah, good quote for a way to alienate someone and get yourself into a fight. About as good as the great Philadelphia phrase, "I'd like to see you try to stop me!"
This is honestly the funniest scene in the whole movie. The incredibly awkward exchanges from everyone and the passive agressive attitudes. It's just amazing.
you probably dont give a shit but if you're bored like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the new series on instaflixxer. I've been watching with my girlfriend recently =)
It was all cool when Sarah was having fun, showing off her famous new boyfriend to her ex but once she saw that he was moving on to another pretty girl she doesn't like it.."oh no, you're moving on and being okay without me.. NO how dare you replace me you're suppose to be crying over me begging for me back" lol
What right does she have to be all jealous about Peter finding someone else? I mean isn’t that the whole point, moving on and leaving the past behind. She left him, so what did she expect, that he’d wallow in sadness forever, God be praised that I never dated that kinda woman. Sadly though I was foolish to go back into a relationship like the one Peter had with Sarah, I fell for that famous quote Sarah and other women like her say the “What if I made a mistake” and “I missed you”. If I were Peter I would leave in a heartbeat the second she started touching me, sadly I was young and stupid so I fell for it. And say Peter went back to her what then? Will she just dump him again in the next five years or less when she finds someone else who is supposedly better?
Roy Khan Is God what's so bad they're celebrities really like that. You never want to meet your idols. A woman once told me that when her son first met Bill Cosby he was hoping for Bill Huxtable but all he got was a rude dismissive jerk who didn't like him because of skin color and the boy was white and young white boy of course the boy was confused and hurt
Svahn People just find resting bitch face attractive. I agree she’s not the hottest, but she still is pretty hot for how skinny she’s always been. I would definitely choose Mila over Kristen Bell being hotter.
I like the way Peter ignore sarah, well he focusin on Rachel. But I like the way Rachel being herself. N making her jealous. Because she likes Peter. Lol that's a lot of red wine. 🍾🍷🍷🍷
I only now understand the reference because I originally thought it was talking about a fake movie Sarah was in Thank you Mista GG for pointing this out. Makes this scene so much better
such a funny movie. When it first came out I was in high school and I remember everyone was talking about all the sex in it. Watching it as an adult I was so impressed by the subtleties of the acting and script to deliver something that I find such a powerful commentary on specific relationship dynamics that happen very often. This scene specifically is coming on the heels of Sarah realizing Aldous is actually a shallow douchebag and starting to pine for what she used to have with Peter. Peter is not interested in getting back together with her anymore but because he has finally let go he becomes more attractive to her again..
God that jonna hill scene at the end. I don’t remember that part but funny as hell 😆 “Fuck you i cant yell rite now cause i will get fired and not be able to pay off my student loan”.
This movie got me through my kids mother leaving me alone to raise our child. Raising a baby while going a breakup was brutal. This movie helped immensely.
According to the DVD commentary, they came up with the "cell phone that kills" you movie idea because it was the dumbest idea they could think of for a horror movie. Kristen Bell had actually BEEN in a movie with that plot (Pulse) and at first thought they were deliberately making fun of her.
I think this movie saved me from complete madness. It made me laugh about a breakup I'd had just before it was released and put everything in perspective. Really helped.
The entire exchange from 1:49- 2:37 got my in stitches. It’s refreshing to see Sarah’s two boyfriends (who should be opponents in the story) bond over something silly, especially involving Sarah, such as the awful crap phone horror movie 🤣

I'm going to rewatch this movie again. This was my lonely depression movie, it always cheered me up.

Is that the reason I love this movie too?

If he wasn’t so charming, his character would have been insufferable. Making him likable was critical.
It's so funny that Aldous and Peter could've actually been good mates judging by how they get along when the subject of Sarah doesn't come up. :P

When Aldous spilled wine on his shirt, “Oh no! Take my eyes but not the shirt,” lol so funny.
This movie is splendid in all the right ways. The irony and humor just work so well.

This is the reality. And I think also that at first Rachel want to upgrade herself by having a relationship with famous actress's ex-boyfriend.

I love how Aldous and Peter instantly put Sarah's movie on blast.
the dude bonding is pulled off great, same in I Love You man
It started with that snicker. He tried to hold it in, peter just couldnt!
“Bit more awkward now...”😂😂😂
You were the voice of reason mate😂😂 Russell Brand was the perfect cast for this part
My favorite part about this is that the awkwardness was so intense it fucking broke the character's sobriety
No he has cranberry juice.....
Jonah hill's character served him a cranberry cocktail which is why he ranted on sex and spilled the drink
@Alex Serrano
Given how much Aldous seemed to enjoy the mess made of the shirt he loathed, it's not unreasonable to assume the spill was intentional.
Wasn’t that. Seeing the old guy with the same shirt set him off
Jason Segel did a great job acting, and he also wrote Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
