It's easy to be a Monday morning quarterback, but consider the following:
Have you checked that box that says "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style"? It doesn't look like it on your Works Cited page. You've indented your block quotation a full inch. It should only be indented 1/2 inch. Also, MLA calls for European style dating: 10 Oct. 2021, not October 10, 2021. Minor things, but part of the form.

The answer to both questions is found in the style guide you are expected to follow in your class. APA, MLA, Chicago and the rest provide different guidelines to formatting tables. As your prof which one you should follow.

what about intext citing for these formatting styles
MLA uses the Author Page in-text citation style: (McDougall 23). If no author is listed, use the title of the source ("Impact of Global Warming" 75).
