Blown Alcohol 454 Big Block Chevy Rear Engine Dragster Fire up

1st fire up of Steve Swacker's blown alcohol 454 big block Chevy rear engine dragster in prep for the opening of Kauai Raceway Park. Short block built and assembled to blown alcohol specs by George Matsuda. O-ringed GMPP block. Dart 345 Pro 1 heads. BDS 8-71 blower. Enderle 110 pump & bird catcher injector hat. We were having problems with the Enderle spur gear pump not delivering fuel and had to install the 110 to fire up. It turns out that it had bad internal seals. Quick fix. Vertex mag. Shorty 'Glide to Ford 9". GoPro Hero 5 in 1080 Superview.

It's regular unleaded gasoline to prime the engine because it takes a little while for the fuel pump to push the fuel up to the injector nozzles and into the engine.
