- When someone hides their phone like this, you can be reasonably confident that they knew they were doing wrong, IMO.
You can report road crime online here in London: www.met.police...

Acting nonchalant without the Lucky Luke superpower, is useless. He needs to be quicker than he's own shadow.
With his mastery of sleight of hand, he could be an magician or a card sharp.
Thank you CM👏
Too late! 😂 He was holding up traffic, not even seeing a guy walking with his bike with a camera on his hat. Very dangerous driver. ⚠️
Agree - the gap reflects his lack of attention in this instance but wasn’t really holding up the traffic - just making the queue behind him a bit longer. I sometimes leave a bit of a gap - not as much as this though - before moving off, then creep forward so as to reduce the number of ‘stop/starts’. His lack of awareness led to him being caught - trying to hide it ‘puts cream on the cake’!
He certainly wouldn't fool Penn and Teller. Or a 3 year old child.
Seriously under rated comment here 😂😂😂
ooh, down the side of the seat, going to be tricky to get that one back! For the best!!!!
It’s like every 4th car the driver is on the phone on that street.
They seek him here, they seek him there
Those motorists seek him everywhere
Is he At Gandalf Corner or Hyde Park?
Than damned elusive Mikey hits his mark
He meddles with their phone misuse
Popping in and out each week
Spoiling everyone's illegal acts
La, what a cheek!
_(with apologies to The Kinks)_
I had to slow the video to x0.25 normal speed and move forward frame by frame. Even then I found it hard to see that palm and conceal. You’re astounding Mikey.
0:48 the look on his face - You`ve Been Mikeyed !! haha😆
Hi mikey
Did you pay your fine . When you went through a red light ?
I did not hear anything from the Met. I would expect that if it were a driver who did the same, that they wouldn't prosecute the driver either because of the light that was turned by 90 degrees and thus giving the wrong signal.
@@CyclingMikey surely you should be setting an example
wow you cycle wearing flip flops - that must be uncomfortable mikey, in fact I am surprised they dont get ripped apart on the pedals
Nah, it's easy as anything. I've ridden thousands and thousands of miles like this.
Cycling in sandals is great! (I'd recommend Bedrocks) Also, shorts, t-shirt, ang a cap make the perfect ensemble for fairweather forays. Cosplay a racer if you want, but there are alternatives that work nicely.
He will not have a career as a magician.
I'm surprised you didn't get one after that guy as you walked along.

What do you think about the cyclist riding along looking at her phone?
I remember when cars had amusing driving-safety stickers, sold in seaside novelty shops. (For example, "See you later, undertaker. In a casket, you crazy basket")
So here's a new one for the present insanity of trying to drive while using a phone:
"Using a phone
While you're at the wheel?
Six points on your licence
Now, how does THAT feel?"
Nice!
Crap
@@garytaylor2914 Lol (I assume you're answering 'how does it feel to have 6 points')
i want to now were do you get them front stronger rack that looks good
It was a Portland Design Works bodega front rack.
@@CyclingMikey thanks keep up the good work
Ho no walking and pushing a bike in flip flops what will the muppets say 😂😂😂
Sadly another easy catch 😪
The Eagle has landed 👍
Very childish actions; putting his phone and thinking you’ll forget what you saw Mikey. He won’t be putting his letter of prosecution down!!! Nice one Mikey 👍👍👍
What phone?
Kerrpow.... 🦹♂️
Bang....💥
Boom.....💣
You ain't seen me right....🤳
Nothing to see move along.....
Who is he kidding only himself...
Excellent catch Mikey unfortunately you keep it up on the persistent offenders and keep reeling them in 🎣
Nice flip flops Mikey🩴😂
Guilty face
You're my hero
How do you know that was a phone? He hid it so well. Could have been anything.
It's easily visible on a 4k computer screen.
@@CyclingMikey Sorry - sarcasm was not made clear, it was a joke, cos of how badly he hid it!
@@1chiefg Haha, fair enough. Sorry!
That's funny 😂
Great way to make some UA-cam money .
Keep up the good work🖤🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
He's got a beer in a cupholder as well 🤣
I did wonder what it was, and if it's a beer, I hope he's not drinking it! At least the lid is still on.
First!
‘It was at this moment he realised he’d fcuked up’. 0:47
This mate was clearly TOO LATE, his trick definitely did NOT work on Mikey 😜
Competition Time - what did he mouth as he turned his head away? I'm going to say "Something that rhymes with clucking bell..."...Your turn.
You obviously watched Blackadder 😊
Cubic stunt...!
Benny Hill...!
For a man that rides a bicycle so much you have awfully scrawny legs Michael
Literally dropped the call
Another catch by WalkingMikey.
That's another one that has joined your ever increasing club Mikey.
The initial 'what's app' gap was so obvious and the look.of surprise when he realised he was rumbled.
was the Paul Daniels ?
That would really be magic as he's pushing up the daisies.
Yesterday, I almost drove into someone while at work. I was coming out of a T junction. I looked to my left, to my right, to my left again. There were no cars coming but I noticed a woman standing on the other side of the road. I gently pulled out while checking my sides; next thing I saw when I looked up: the woman was right in front of me! She was too busy staring down at her phone to even notice that I'd pulled out. The fact that she was also wearing a massive pair of headphones didn't help her, either! Thankfully I didn't hit her, and hopefully the fright she got will make her take greater care when crossing the road.
Also, why would you cross the road at a T junction? That's one of the stupidest places to do so!
Was she crossing the minor road you were leaving? If so, you were supposed to give way to her, I think.
@@CyclingMikey No, she was crossing the main road.
Pedestrians always have the right of way. It would be tough talking to the magistrate, unless it was clearly the pedestrians fault. And you’ll need some witnesses or a video as evidence.
@ytr8989 I should also say that it wasn't at a crossing. And I pulled out before she'd stepped onto the road.
They're so simple to catch.
The big gap in slow moving traffic is usually a dead giveaway.
Good work mikey
Also when vehicles are travelling towards you I.E you are walking on the path & the driver has there head down not looking straight ahead is also a good giveaway that they might be using there phone.
Nice catch! Very poor attempt by the driver to hide his actions!
Ga door met het goede werk
Thats Funny . . . . . . For us!
Lets see if he joins in with the laughter on PCN day
