The wax I use is for dental structures, you can find it at dental tech distributors! Then you need fire and some spatulas “PK Thomas”

You are welcome! I use diamond drills and polishing rubber for precious metals. And also cotton discs!

You need separation liquid for wax, put on the mold a wax on it!

Can I ask what kind of dental wax u use, cause I’ve look on dental supply site and they have lots of different kind of wax and do u carve the gum outline, also do u use dental investment for minimal shrinkage when casting and how long is your burnout cycle,
there’s a lot to ask, I will be really appreciated if you can help

ive seen most use 22 gauge jewelers wax for making the molds, and its best to carve the gumline for better fitment. heat cycle sometimes depends on with what metal you will work with. hope this helps
I use an external melter and couldn't tell you the heat ramps, but is not for dental, just for jewelry. I prepare the gum collars with a scalpel, but in any case you always have to touch up the inside of the cap due to the contraction and because the wax is flexible, the metal is not.
I use dental structure wax that is flexible and breaks less when you remove the piece from the mold.
I do the same! Taking care of this gum prep, the piece cant do too much pression and hurt the client and looks bad when the gum turns white about the pressure

How does the wax cut so smoothly? do you cool it down? and the wax is it a hard or soft wax?

Hola! La cera es cera flexible para estructuras dentales y debes poner en el yeso un poco de separador liquido. Ambos los puedes comprar en cualquier deposito dental!

What tools are you using to cut, shape and polish the piece?
I use a scalpel and two tools named "PK Thomas" to put the wax on the teeth and a "lecron" to shape it. take a look on Dental and jewelry distributors!

In dental we use something called “LeCron”, I use a tiny one, u can find some in dental distributors.

Yo uso un fundidor externo, puedo hablarte sobre las herramientas que uso para tallar la cera y repasar y pulir el metal, pero en cuanto a fundido tengo nociones pero no como para explicarlo. No es tarea fácil, dependiendo se la rampa de calor que tenga el horno y la temperatura del metal que vayas a inyectar puede cambiar el resultado saliendote poros o piezas incompletas, hay que tener en cuenta el grosor, el peso y la alimentacion que añadas a las piezas.

The colour not define the type of wax! Look for "wax for dental structures" or "crown wax". You need a semi flexible wax. Now i´m using a black one from the brand BEGO

How did you get it off so easy in one piece?
flexible wax and very careful!
@@onzalab I usually do one solid piece and cut around. But this way it keeps melting on the mold.
