    How are the stones staying?

There are 4 prongs that sit a little higher around every diamond and he uses a tool to round the tips of those prongs which holds the diamonds in place.

what gauge wax sheets do you use or how thick do you make the grill if adding diamonds

hello, the gauge size is not that relevant, you have to see what stones you want to place, for example, what i like to do is leave at least a 60% for say if the stones are 1.2 mm, you have to make the grillz 60% of that in thickness (0.72) i would round it up to 0.75 just in case

@@compajuan014it depends so much on the teeth size and the stone size, i use 1.3mm stones and 1mm to fill out the smaller empty spaces and i would say 6 teeth would be between 2-3 ct (more unless) for the top part, the lower teeth are much smaller and a 6 piece could be around 1-2 ct

That’s a grill and it should be perfectly molded to your teeth via a dental mold so it just pops on and off your teeth

Idk I watch and watch but how the heck are the stones setting still. I don't know how you keep them in place with just a tight hole and little pins of metal between the stones. How does it work? Are you splitting the pins and making them wider to squeeze the stones? Are you making the holes exactly the size of stone's? That's what I can gather from all the videos.

Idk what tools it is still but my theory is the drill bits are sized for the different sized gems to fit. The buffing process may help set as well. I’m still very new to making jewelry but I used to watch a buddy of mine in Houston make them from scratch every now and then and he even made me a few.
