There are many different types of permanent Grillz.
In this video we would like to show you a variant of the production of permanent chrome teeth.
The manufacturing process is the same as for gold teeth.
The fabrication of the permanent chrome Grillz should be carried out by a well-trained dental technician. In our case, our master dental technician produced the work.
The teeth should only be prepared by a dentist.

Wow I just spent most of the day calling denture labs in Australia trying to get a set of full top and bottom acrylic dentures with half my mouth top and bottom cobalt crome teeth I found the only guy in qld who has made them it will be months before I can get them as just had all my teeth well 26 of them surgically removed took 2 hours lots of stitches I shared this video with him and he said yep he can do them as crome teeth are mostly made with partial plates I'm glad I'll have not only my nice smile back after 15 years but a unique and one of a kind smile I can't wait 🥳🥳🥳😁😁😁

I have no teeth, aside from the ones I keep in a jar when not wearing them. I'm due for a new set of dentures, but the ones I got 7-8 years ago, still, DO fit and are okay.
I wouldn't want permanent chrome teeth, but when I get my new dentures, I wonder if I could send one of the two tops I have to be done in chrome?
Is this something you're company does? Also, I'm in the United States, but if the price is reasonable, I'd certainly be interested. I'd like to have both, "natural-looking" dentures AND chrome ones, that I could switch out, depending on the occasion/setting!

Seems as though it could increase by popularity. Unclear if insurance policies would cover the cost or perceive it as cosmetic but if the cost is reasonable, the look might start trending. Possibly.

Да, не думал я, что видео об изготовлении обычного цельнолитого моста будет так обсуждаться на ютубе. И на сколько я знаю, гриллзы делают поверх зубов, а тут все зубы отпрепарировали. С таким успехом, можно было отпресовать emax или фрезернуть циркон, и сделать хорошую характеристику.
Имакс такими большими мостами не прессуют. Максимум 3 ед. Одиночками или мостиками маленькими. Циркон это да.
Пара замечаний по литью - нет депо металла, возможна пористость и опоку в печь очень рано положили. Я сначала грею металл почти до плавления и быстро ставлю опоку.

They are awesome but should just be all separate crowns instead of bridge because if one or more teeth abcess or decay in the future then possibly the whole bridge has to be destroyed to fix problem. IJS

Well I just looked at part of the video and I realize that it was sent to you from a Dentist and you treated it as a crown and bridged or if you was making some porcelain veneers.
Def a perm bridge. I dunno how I feel about the chrome tho. I have gold. I wonder if chromium has zero taste like gold. Because it has no alloys in it. Idk. What do you think. I know it's a dumb question. Just curious.

the device is a Multivac 4 mixing device from the dental company Degussa. In the device, plaster of paris is evenly mixed under vacuum ✌🏻
What is The blue device you put the impression in when you poured the die stone?
@@HOMES-lf3ll the blue one is a model-tay. it is used to separate the individual teeth. this way you can manufacture the tooth crowns more precisely

If you roll your sprues so the point where it joins is thinner, it speeds up the metal velocity reducing change of porosity ( so an old fella told me), and makes it way easier to de-spue and finish the metal work.
Great finish though, what polish did you use? I use renfert.
Porosity follows heat. Using reservoirs when spruing is the most effective way to prevent it. You want your restorations to cool before the button, so naturally you need more mass in the button and reservoirs than the units you’re casting. Thinning the sprues only creates resistance when casting, and a choke in cooling.
@@BusySnoozing Agree completely, but after YEARS of casting CoCr i have zero problems with thinning the sprues thus halving the finishing times. If i were using high gold etc i would not thin them out as you would get porosity at the junction 100%.
Thinning of sprues can lead to localized shrinkage porosity.
@@value3638 With the Cocr i use, bego 280, i have had zero issues in over 10 years.

I know a person who put that on and didn't take it off for a while and when he took it off his original teeth were rotten. What a horror if you tell me with a crown it is possible but that on top of that is not.

Single phase impression with zero visible marginal detail, and even air bubbles on the margin. I hope it's not going into someone's mouth permanently, that's a recipe for tooth decay and paradontal complications.

@@GrillzGermany These aren’t permanent buddy. You should fix your title. Permanent gold, silver or platinum teeth have to be individually cemented once each tooth has been filed down.

I made some chrome teeth when I was in high school. I would never again make chrome teeth. Because when you’re finishing the teeth they heat up can you have the throw them mugs in water. And it sucks fitting them. I’m A dental technician turned jeweler.

Each tooth would have to be cut individually for flossing purposes though. Asides from that, great casting and impression.
you don't have to floss when there is no gap, bruh...
@@ugabuga2586 hahahahaha thats why we, the dentist have work. Bacteria will accumulate between the gum and the prosthesis causing gingivitis and periodontitis to end in the loss of the affected teeth if there is not a correct cleaning. It can be solved by using an interdental brush, but you can save the patient all that work (which almost certainly will not or will do it wrong). A pity that with such excellent work and equipment such silly mistakes are made, bruh
