I've been working on my cardiovascular work capacity a lot the past 2 years, especially this summer, and this workout was not easy. I was "almost" ready for this lol. David is a whole nother animal...
Juji I honestly feel deeply honoured and lucky to be alive and to be able to witness (even if unfortunately only online) you and everything you do, the great people you work and have fun with, the way you approach training and life, I feel greatly inspired by you and what you do and by the great person you are! You all are representing greatness and are examples and great leaders of today and tomorrow, I thank you, I have learned so much about training, and myself though you and your life, I wouldn’t be me if your videos on instagram hadn’t popped on my feed years ago, I now am 24 and I owe a big part of my love and knowledge about training, powerlifting, arm wrestling and everything else you’ve brought to your channels to YOU Thank you big bro, love you, wish you happiness, health and wealth, good luck with everything big man❤
amazing video again.. I learned very much of training stuff from all the videos you made…these are awesome this one in particular …thank you for sharing these good information and I will adapt a few parts of this training also in my routine. i really like the rotating work here… also with a lighter band it is really tough to do the reps👍🏼👍🏼
I was just about to make the same comment. It really is incredible, and he seems like a totally new Juji overall. He continues to be a shining example of reinvention and stuff.
Notifications turned on for the podcast ep. Can't wait! Also, it's interesting how these more athletic focused guys like the fylwheel box. Might need to start planning on grabbing one.
Haven’t seen him in a while and Juji is looking more and more like the Liver King. If his skin was just a bit more hot dog colored it would be even crazier
I've lived at about 6,700 - 6,900 elevation most of my life. I grew up in South Lake Tahoe and currently live in Flagstaff AZ. I trained for a Spartan race in Flagstaff and the race was in Phoenix. I got 52nd out of 5,100 people and I am not much of a runner. I meet a lot of pro runners who come here to train. For every 1,000 feet you go up in elevation, your body will produce an extra million red blood cells. There are certain physiological adaptations that occur from elevation training. Those changes take more than a day to reach haha. Get it Juji!
I remember when I was 28, I went to Florida for college and felt like a damn superhero. I lived at about 3,000 to 4,000 ft elevation for my entire life up to that point.
I build those machines, the kBoxes, and the kPulley line, and use them at the work gym. I've gained so much strenght this year its crazy.. We sell a lot to pro athletes, NFLteams, football teams and also to the medical sector. It's like they are the secret sauce the pros want to keep quiet about, cause they give such a competative advantage.
this is the second one we've seen in Juji's gym tour. You guys must be onto something. I notice both of these were in outdoor gyms, how do the straps hold up to UV light?
@@nunninkav Well, the straps are easy to replace if neccesary. I did one of our gym machines a few days ago, it had lasted 2 years before it got slightly frayed at the edges. The straps are custom weave nylon/polyester (depending on machine/age) with some reinforcement. I dont think we have tested them against sunlight tbh. As for the machines, the only rust i've ever seen are from very old v2 machines. It's so cool to see them being used outside and getting abused and standing up to it. Those bearings are so tough.
I'm in rural colorado mountains 9800 ft . And I still get exhausted easily when working out. Have to plan breaks to breath or risk heart failure. There's people that die up here from working, hiking , climbing, biking, running if are not used to the altitude.
As he is right to say that it is enough to put constraints on the body for it to exercise, progress through exercise and recovery. This man could train himself as the athletes of yesteryear just as he trains today with a multitude of devices and tools to maintain motivation through the variety of exercises as for the stress of the body and mind.... to progress! A complete athlete!
Just started watching your videos and am really enjoying your hardcore home gym content. Where does the "Timing Biomotor Characteristics On Degradation rates" chart come from?
The k box is so amazing at being able to pretty much work with nearly invalid people to as strong an athlete as you have pretty much. Someone at the gym that I worked at stole the one we had just because they are so expensive and useful. If I get my shekels in order I think I'm going to get one of the kratos wheels by Kabuki strength... Unless something more interesting shows up on Facebook marketplace. There are very few pieces of equipment that could be your entire gym, but the k box I think fits that pretty well
In that part of the country, that workout is just something to do on lunch break or in the evening after you work all day. Now you go back to work and dig fence posts all day or dig irrigation ditches or sheer sheep or something. It would have been funny if David said, "now let's go work on my house till dark.." David looks like he could still go back to work. Juji not so much. Also, check out the early Arnold bodybuilding writing on tanning and sun. He worshipped the sun and would stay in it all day and workout in it when he could, from Austria to muscle beach.
Fun Fact: According to the information available at this time, when on a carnivore diet, the brain is fueled by approximately 80% ketones (as the brain prefers this fuel overall) and 20% glucose. The body produces glucose on-demand whenever the body needs it. It's utterly fascinating how the complex machinery of our bodies work.
Oh, glycolitic it is. Sometimes I did a leg circle, three different quad-excercises for a minute each with a little weight followed by a 2 minute rest, doing it three times. doms lasted for over a week.
Impressive workout, I'm sure Dr Doug McGuff (Body by Science) would agree with the 'glycolytic' aspect of it. But to repeat that within 2-3 days is surely an unnatural rate of recovery
bruh, look at this guy skin, he must workout outside everyday, not even all that bodyhair is gonna save him, i would say i hope he was using sunscreen but i can clearly see he doesnt

As a Colorado resident you’d be surprised how much altitude contributes! I can feel even 2000 ftf elevation.

Your hair growth is awesome bro ..they did great job
Damn I don't understand a word 😂😂😂
Workouts at high elevation are a lot tougher with that thin air, so congratulations on surviving.
I'm liking the short hair style you got going on! Rock on! That dude is also tanner than burnt toast! 🔥
Hair's looking good, Juji.
Looks to be a nice FUE hair transplant. Good for him. Don’t know why more dudes don’t do it.

Dude's tan is legendary.
That's just a recipe for skin cancer.

With your new hair cut, you remind me of one of the dudes from the movie 300
i was hoping someone could put into words what my brain was trying to think lol
more like two of them, dude is way bigger
This is an awesome fitness journey. Most of these functional/ band exercises are great for life activities.

Be wary of sun exposure. Especially if more than 15 minutes. Radiation is accumulative and cancer is not fun. Apply your sunscreen ❤
