There is great support for these ideas in Abe Maslow's "Eupsychian Management," which revolves around a list of assumptions, the first of which is "Assume everyone can be trusted." It reflects a "sense of place" within the organization and the community. All we need to do is to re-define the notions of profits and costs, which is also wonderfully covered in the book. Today, Maslow would ask of the organization (in his own words): "Does he [it] bear fruit? Does he (it) bear apples." Go Steve
Because of the fact that we all drift apart i decided to work in community management, too bad this section is quite new and doesnt produce any benefit visible with $ or € so not many want to give people like me a chance. I figured companies at least want their production line in good shape and so the closest to community management i could find was buisness to buisness relationship management. Now try to get a job in that.. im quite lost. good speach non the less, plz share this video!

what if you are so radical, or have such a sense of conviction that very few people, if at all, 'believe what you believe'? and how do you translate it from the few who believe towards the masses
Everyday millions of animals are abused, bashed and suffer appalling cruelty but no one cares. People like the food they eat and the suffering is out of sight and out of mind.
Addicted! I could listen to Simon's brain all day if time permitted.
