Thaks for putting the effort into reviewing this new tier 6 CV, most CCs have focused on the tier 8 and 10 ones so this is very useful!
Yeah I figured they would focus on the others first
Thank you for making this more detailed video. Great to see your explanation of the various load outs.
More to come!
Good to see Notser. Will enjoy seeing you move up the tree. The Essex looks strong!
Such an useful and well-prepared video! Thanks a lot Noster :)
Glad it was helpful!
Nice review, happy to see u back on youtube.
Hey, thanks!
thanks for making a video on this was wanting to see how it palyed
Nice review of the Independence; good to see you, Notser.
Hey, thanks!
Nice to see you Notser.. well done again.!
Hey, thanks!
Interesting how they bring back the old tier 6 cv and remake her like this.
Most of the time in the Ranger I was doing a lot of scouting the enemies. I'm probably going to really enjoy the support CV line.
thx your build help
One important thing you forgot to mention is the fact that the Independence has no secondaries at all! So the ship is basically defenseless against any ship that gets close to it. With it's lack of armor, it goes down fast.
I rammed the enemy instead and got the kill
So Notser, in regards to the capt build if I don't have a 21 pt commander your recommendation for the skills is the order you talked about them? So the two 3 pt skills before the 4 pt skills?
No, I’d always grab a 4 before others since it is the highest impact skill
@@Notser Just a request, when your doing a review and recommendations for capt skills. Please make it clear what order [in particular the first 10 pts] you recommend taking the skills. Unlike CC's most of us don't have 21 pt commanders laying around to throw on every ship that comes out. Thanks,
Just came back after 3 y. Hope for more of ur video
Glad you re-discovered your password, Preston. Missed you here man.
glad to be back
How do you have so many battle pass levels. Do you get extra points if you buy it?
3k Battle pass plus whatever the cost in doubloons to buy the levels after
Didn't talk about how the fighters have shorter times to lock on to enemy planes...
Hey awesome trait then, thanks for mentioning it
One question bro which signal are the best for independence
I just use recommended signals
First of all, these support CV are not well made to deal damage ! So although you have did well, but in higher tiers, i think you should focus on Anti-CV role and smoking teammates rather than deal damage !! I mean... they can still punch hard, but their punches was not often ! This ship is just a low tier T6, so her role does not showcase very well, but the more higher up, the more you have to adapt into a true supporter rather than a damage dealer !! And to be honest, these thing's Patrol fighters is scary, so scary that i actually keep the Independent even when i already advanced up to the Essex just so i can't bully the low-tier CVs !!
Secondly, the "Sight stabilization" although good, but i think it doesn't needed !! This line's aiming time already good enough ! You should invest that 3 skill points into something better to increase the ability of bullying enemy CV of this ships !
Finally, a lot of peoples mistaken this, BUT Independent's Bombers are NOT Dive Bomber !!
- Dive bombers will.. yea.. DIVE from higher altitude to get themself into positon for higher accuracy, America's main CV line, Japanese CV and German CV have this type of Bomber !!!!
- Carpet Bombers, as everyone knews already, they drop a tons of Bombs that cover a large area, the only CVs that have this type was British CVs... or that's what peoples think ! Because the B-25 Mitchell tactical squadron of the Premium CV Hornet also count as Carpet Bomber !! And now, we also have Essex's tactical Bomb squad also drop a tons of bombs, so they also counted as Carpet Bombers !!
- The F.D.Roosevelt Bombers were Level Bombers, which mean they drop their payload from very high altitude without diving !
- Russian and the Max Immelman's Skip Bomber were so well known so i don't think i should take time for it here !
- And finally. Independent and Yorktown tactical Bombers, Hornet's main Bomb squad (not the B-25) are called GLIDE BOMBERS ! They level themself at a certain altitude for stability, the bombs will be "glide" toward target then cut when the pilot see fit !! This is basically Level Bombing technique but done at lower altitude !!
How do you put a patrol fight over a ship
You spawn the fighter with t and the cv launches 4-5 planes to fly to the position.
Hey just got the game, how do i get this ship or can i not anymore
Still early access, it will be added to the American Branch next patch I believe
I find this carrier rather enjoyable
It is oddly satisfying with just the changes squads
... when it comes to ship reviews Notser is the best youtuber ... on the other end stands Flambass ... his "ship review" videos are all shit ... so thumbs up for you Notser 👍...
Appreciate the support!
To bad we can't keep them. Great video Notser👌
Enterprise: best US Carrier
Admiral Makhimov: best Russian Carrier
Sekiryu: best Japanese Carrier
Colossus: best British Carrier
August Von Parseval: best German Carrier
This is a weird cv. They should've at least given its tacticl planes 1x smoke curtain each. Otherwise, it feels like a weird mix of American torpedo bombers, Russian fighters, and British level bombers.
And this is supposed to be a less dmg-focused line, then equipped with 2 tactical squadrons. Dev failed again
Literally just made fighters even more irrelevant for no reason
oh great i get to grind for a CV that i ALREADY HAD thanks WG #sarcasm
So their idea of a "support carrier" is an even more DPS focused CV, with some DD gimmicks thrown in to make DD's even more obsolete. Typical Wargaming and their priviliged protected aristocracy of CV's and subs.
If they wanted to make an actual supportive team-focused CV, they'd make one with manual fighters that engage enemy bombers, and cover your team from the worst threat - the other CV.
Mate .....been with you for a long time but "WG CC" your so gone PAL
i can‘t watch this until the end. CV is just so boring. 🙈
Clown class. Then there's suckmarines.....
CVs are fun!
(except for the first half with the advised stuff and weapon overview) The battle seemed pretty exciting to me!
what's so pathetic about noobs BUYING all their crap in WOW- they buy perks, ships, even buy the MM so their games are way easier (in their favor) this is the REAL reason these games are WAY DIFFERENT than any games NON premium money spenders (players) will EVER have----
