Self Diffence ke rights pe Video de sir
सर किसी व्यक्ति को यदि 7 साल का कारावास का दण्ड दिया गया हो मतलब कोर्ट ने अपराधी को 7 साल की सजा सुना दी हो तो वह व्यक्ति जमानत लेने का अधिकार रखता है या नहीं ?
अगर इस सवाल का जवाब नहीं है तो फिर क्या अपराधी को 7 साल का कारावास भुगतना होगा या फिर कुछ समय के कारावास के पश्चात् उसे जमानत दी जा सकती है ।
निचली अदालत ने 7 साल का कारावास सुना दिया है और हाई कोर्ट में अपील करने पर याचिका खारिज हो चुकी है। दण्ड हत्या के मामले में अपराधी का साथ देने के लिए सुनाया गया है।
1.Sir, jb tk charge sheet submit nhi hoti, kya tb tak bail nhi MIL skti.
2.If Accused pe koi charge prove nhi Ho pata hai aur I.O FR lga deta hai to kya case ko dismiss kr denge.
3.If trial long time chlta hai to kya accused ki jail me punishment time first day of trial se suru hogi ya jb final report submit Hogi tb accused ki imprisonment suru Hogi.

Rape is non compoundable offense so once someone filed complaint against you she can't withdrawal it.
