Sir मेरा एक दोस्त हैं Ashu ,उनकी एक चाची है जो उनके घर के बगल में रहती हैं वो कहती हैं की आशु के पापा उनकी चाची को घर बना के दे क्योंकि आशु के चाचा सराबी है और आशु के पापा की सरकारी नौकरी है इसलिए वो उनका घर बना के देंगे और इतना ही नहीं वो ये भी कहती है की दुकान भी करवा k देंगे और साथ में काम करने वाले लड़के भी ,,आशु के पापा उनकी चाची और चाचा के सपोर्ट में रहते हैं फिर भी उनकी चाची अनलोगो के खिलाफ जूठी FIR दर्ज करा चुकी है कुछ साल पहले ,,आशु और उनके भाई सबका नाम लेकर बोली है की ये लोग छेड़ते है और मारते हैं ,और मेरे पति से पिटाई करवाते हैं ,, वो ये तक बोली है की रेप केस करवा देंगे अगर उनकी बात नही माने तो ,,उनकी चाची उन्हें बहुत परेशान करती है लेकिन वो लोग कुछ नही कर पा रहे क्योंकि एक तो o ladies hai उपर से चाची ,,case के चक्कर में इसलिए नही पड़ना चाहते क्योंकि ये लोग स्टूडेंट्स है और job में प्रॉबलम भी आएगी ,,
Sir आपसे हाथ🙏 जोड़ के विनती है🙏 ,कुछ सलाह दीजिए प्लीज ,,ये लोग बहुत अच्छे इंसान हैं ,इनके साथ बहुत गलत हो रहा

Sir ye jo line hai “ any act committed at any place out of India which if committed in India would have been punishable as an offence” and “ for which he is under any law relating to extradition..isme main ye poochna chah rahi thi ki jo offence India k bahr kiye jayenge wo punishable hai India me kyunki uska sambandh Extradite treaty se hoga .. kya aise hi hai ya ye dono alag-2 consider kiya jaye .. lil confusion is in my mind .. Sir plz clear 🙏

हिंदी में जितना अच्छी तरह से आप समझाते है उसका कोई जबाब नही Sir ..... एक बात कहना चाहूंगा कि जितना हम अपनी मातृभाषा में चीजों को गहनता से समझ सकते है और किसी भाषा मे उतनी अच्छी तरह नही समझ सकते।

Sir section 41 (2) that you have provided seems to be outdated . As it's says that no person concerned in a non cognizable offence or against whom a complaint has been made or credible information has been received or reasonable suspicion exists of his having so concerned, shall be arrested except under a warrant or order of a magistrate.
Sir please correct if I am wrong
And also in section 41 (1) a who commits , in the presence of a police officer, a cognizable offence.
