Sir , 1- What is the definition of IMMEDIATELY ?, A arrested by the police at 7 pm, court will open next day by 10 am. 2- In case police brought the Accused to the court in 24 hours but because of the rush in the court police could not present the accused within 24 hrs, now what will happen in such case?
Brother you don't have practice approch. Police never show like that. They arrest at some day & time make entry when they want so they never fails. These are fancy questions at Supreme Court when some legally literate man is abused & he reaches high or supreme court. I know a case where a a caused was held for 15 days in custody without any procedure. So read law know your rights & how to execute them. So that never police can haras you. Only knowing law is not enough,how much law you know doesn't matter at Police station, it only matters how their services can be terminated. I hope you have better understanding.
