It doesn’t get any better than watching a full blown recipe get covered in a few minutes. One of my biggest complaints and some of the only videos I give a thumbs down to are the ones where I want to get the needed info but it’s buried between pointless talk. This was a fantastic video. Yes, you can use Half & Half! You can also substitute canned evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk), as well!

Did you sterylized the pepper mill tho? Cause there's a buck load of a bacteria on those nitril gloves, I tell ya!
This is a really good question! Everything gets wiped down with the sterilizing wipes. I should have shown that in the video, to be more clear. You can use a weak bleach solution, or anti bacterial cleaner as well. What is your procedure after handling raw chicken?
Depending on the source of the poultry. If you use good organic free-range meat this is not much of a problem. Different, if you prefer the horror-torture cage-bred version you get in supermarkets. Serves you right, though!
True, I prefer the old fashioned way of just washing your hands well, rather than wearing gloves.

Who the hell invented a recipe called Tuscan chicken? Who? It doesn't exist. Nobody in Italy would ever use cream that way!
Let’s talk about that! When you think “Tuscan”, what food do *you* think of?
Crostini di fegatini, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, caciucco alla livornese, fiorentina, trippa, pici and the list is longer. Never compete with Italians about food.
