WILL MINE LOOK THE SAME?? | Following A VIRAL Painting Tutorial by

- So today I'm following another viral painting tutorial by Jay Lee Painting, in the hopes that I can re-create his pretty cool painting using the same unusual painting techniques. Now the last time I followed a viral Jay Lee Painting tutorial, I felt like, although my colours still did muddy, I was able to create more distinct shapes using his painting techniques, however this time it was more of a struggle. I think this definitely comes down to not knowing whether each layer of the painting has dried before applying the next layer of paint, I feel like doing it all in one go is a little risky! But I think in the end after following this viral painting tutorial by Jay Lee Painting, I came out with a very similar finished painting....you might just need to squint a little bit when it comes to mine! But let me know what your thoughts were on this viral painting recreation! And let me know if you'll be attempting to follow a painting tutorial by Jay Lee Painting anytime soon!

Surprisingly I didn't get a drop of paint on me! 😅😅
Brilliant! That would never happen to me! I once copied a similar technique of painting a canvas white, & while it was still wet, blending in paint blobs in random colours. It was great fun, & once it was mostly dry, I went back in & added a realistic element, like a teacup, or eyes peeking out of the abstraction. I used a piece of cardboard to blend all the colours, rather than a brush. I'm going to have a look at some more of Jay Lee's videos now. Hope you get 47M views too!
I've seen loads of his paintings 👍🏻😃
💧💧💧 Practice 🤔
I think it is wet which makes it blend in more
I think it's really lovely Ant, well done sweetheart 👏🏻👍🏻😃🤗🥰🥰
I really like yours Ant, looks like a proper english country garden.😊
Ah thank you! 😊😊
I really like your overgrown scenery. I showed this video to my son, who likes to paint, and I think we might give it a try.
Ah thank you! 😊😊 Oh well have fun if you do, just remember to trust the process! 😅😅
It turned out very nice Ant! Hope you have a blessed and great weekend Ant!
Ah thanks Marti! Hope you have a lovely weekend too! 😊😊
I've always wanted to follow along to one of Jay Lee's paintings and now I really feel like I should. You did a great job. And you've made me believe I can do it so, well done. Cheers me dear.
Ah no problem! You just have to trust the process and everything should be ok! 😅😅
I like the overgrown look. Cool idea
Yours looks beautiful! You just needed to trust the process
Ah thanks Sue! 😊😊 Oh I for sure couldn't see it at the beginning! 😅😅
Love how you painting turned out, Monet popped into my head when you held it up at the end. Had to laugh when you said "I don't know why I'm doing this but I'll do as I'm told" I've watched you for a few years now, whenever have you done as you were told😆 You're a deviant as far as instructions go. But I love you for that❤
Ah thanks! 😁😁 Haha I know right?! I end up getting told off for not following instructions though 😆😆
Good Job!! I think it turned out very good.
Ah thanks! 😊😊
Cool. Very abstract impressionism.
Actually, I preferred yours to the original! Much more natural and very atmospheric. Very well done!!
Ah thank you! 😊😊
Honestly I can’t believe the first painting has been YEARS! 😂 time goes far to quickly 😅 loved this one!! 😁😁
I know right?! Felt like it was the other day 😅😅 Ah and thanks Karla! 😁😁
Love ya, Ant! Your painting is great! I think Jay Lee lets his dry in between layers and I think he uses a wet paintbrush with the small one. That's my guess! Sending you a bunch of great vibes! 💖
Ah thank you! 😊😊
I think yours is fab ❤️ It's difficult doing things in a totally different way than what you're used to!
Ah thanks Emma! 😊😊
Your painting came out really well Ant! Seriously tho, because if you think about it, JayLee paints on a daily basis, whereas you rarely paint. So to me that means yours is really good. I do agree with you on one thing tho, you were using a bit too much paint. However, I think JayLee uses thinner paint than yours because he uses a lot of blobs of paint on his canvas but his paintings are never chunky looking, if you see what I mean. I wonder if he uses Applebarrel paints? It would explain how he gets such perfect paint blobs too lol. Have a lovely rest of the weekend Ant!
Ah thanks Carly! Hope you have a great weekend too! 😊😊
Turned out amazing!
Ah thanks! 😊😊
Hey Ant, thanks for the latest video with another Jay Lee-inspired masterpiece!! I think you ended up with the better flower display! 🌻 Nice to see Gladys is still knocking round the studio, modelling one of your fabulous fashion accessories!! 😂😂
Ah no problem! Haha oh she's super stylish these days, she's been eyeing up my sexy chocolate orange outfit but I have to tell her no 😆😆
@@AnthonyCrammen I'm sure Gladys would look fab in the Sexy Chocolate Orange outfit - obviously, not as fab as your good self!! 🤣🤣 Hope you''re having a great weekend - maybe even getting a drop of sunshine?
@kingmerry10 Haha oh she would! 😆😆 I'm at work so no sun for me! 😭😭 Hope you have a lovely weekend though! 😊😊
Cool painting. You did great on this. Agree the green was wet in original. Might attempt this soon. ❤❤❤ your tutorials. 🥰
Ah thanks! 😊😊
Great job Anthony!
Thank you! 😊😊
Looks fab Ant.
😊😊
Love how it turned out.i rea)y like how you figured what went wrong. Too much paint and let they layers dry
Yours is better for the bees 😊
Awesome job Anthony i love it
Ah thank you! 😊😊
Omg I'm always so happy to see a new video from Anthony!! ❤ I do miss your silver or pink or blue hair though
Oh don't tempt me! Been desperate to bleach it again! 😅😅
WOW! What terrific work Ant! Bravo you! I am very inspired. Thanks from a California fan.
Ah thank you! 😊😊
You should try a Bob Ross painting. That would be hilarious!! 🤣🤣🤣
Oh did that a while back, it was a disaster! 😆😆
Looks great, well done you
Ah thank you! 😊😊
It looks great!
Ah thanks Ann! 😊😊
I kind of want to try it! Thanks!
I watch Jay Lee. Amazing techniques. I haven’t tried yet but I am going to. How have you been? All recovered it seems. I think you did a good job. Take care.
Ah thanks! And I am indeed! Hope you're all good too! 😊😊
I’m pretty sure his paint is dry. As long as it’s wet it’s going to mix together. I personally think he uses to much paint. But I like yours a lot, it’s an abstract flower field.
I think it is beautiful, sign and date it :)
😊😊
He gets the awesome drops of paint by putting his paint in a condiment squirter. Much more control. Also, yes he lets the background dry before dotting.
Ah that's how he does it! 😅
It looks great! I may try some of the Qtip application with inks on my card fronts. Great idea!
Ah thanks Janis! 😊😊
Seriously love your channel and sarcasm 😂
😁😆
Looks very impressionistic!
I love it ❤❤❤
Ah thanks! 😊😊
Love it!
😊😊
There are many shades of pink road to follow. You need to choose your own path. Just avoid sinking too deep into the mud, though may be quite good for you skin so try rolling in it.
😆😆
PS good job!
Ah thanks! 😁
Hi I'm new to your channel, your painting was very godd, but you could use and icing bag and a icing tube to create smaller teardrop shapes. 😁
dang it Anthony.... *sighs* I keep telling my brain that you have SO MUCH $ invested in your resin art.... you don't need to paint too... YOU DON'T NEED TO PAINT TOO! :( dang it... I think I will be buying paints soon LOL I'm simply ... amazed...
😅😅
How many of us watching want to do art? Be realistic. Cool
Hi Anthony.
Van Gogh would be proud of you. 👍
😁😁
Looks like you sneezed on it a couple of times🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just kidding of course, great to see you!
😅😅
That looks Fantastic. Would giving it a top coat of resin when it dry be going to far ?
Ah thanks Alexis! Oh now that would be a good idea! 😁😁
🥰❤️😍
😊😊
No that wasn't 3 years was it man I been around a long time 😂
Haha I know right!? Feels like only last week I did it! 🙈🙈😅😅
