- It's time for the seventeenth episode of a wheel picks my crafts, and yet another DIY craft challenge! And this episode the wheel definitely let me have it with a very specific object to make, and the specific wheel options are the worst! I think if I'd been a little more conscious/well in myself I could have definitely made something a little more stable and well made! But let me know what your thoughts were on this DIY craft challenge, and if you got these options for the wheels what would you make?! Hi Ant. Hope you are feeling better by the time you read this. I would h😅er are remarkably durable and strong. I made a bookcase from newspapers and masking tape once. It survived for 12 months until I moved house and threw it out! Your chair with reclining back was super fun. The fact that you remove the back and turned it into a stool or side table was awesome! The fact that you made anything at all when feeling poorly was a wonderful show of your commitment to us, your VIOs and followers. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤❤❤

That peel and stick wallpaper stuff looks great when it works, but it's a NIGHTMARE to apply!
If you ever get chair again, I've never built one before, but maybe some supports connecting the legs to each other would help make things more study! Again, I have no idea, never made one! lol

Sorry you've been unwell Ant! 😢 all the stick on wallpapers, faux finishes, stick on tile etc etc they have now days is incredible, they've come a long way from the contact paper used for lining drawers and cabinets!
Oh yeah the stick on wall paper was super cool, just difficult to wrap a chair with 🤣🤣
I'm thinking it would have been So Much easier to make a miniature chair, like doll house style, lol, but it may not have been so entertaining😉

Poor Anthony😢. Im so sorry you had the flu, but thankfully, you survived (without having a crazy person shove a pillow over your face)❤. I've been lucky (knocks wood) so far and have not gotten sick this year. Don't ask me about 2 years ago, though. I had the worst case of flu ever🤒. Loving your new pink flamingo lamp, and I hope there is someone who can help fix your mannequin lamp❤. I always look forward to your videos. They always make me smile😊. Hope you start feeling better soon 💐. By the way, as a paper crafter I can assure you that cardboard is definitely a type of paper, but stick on vinyl isn’t! Never mind, the stool looked ok and would be great for a teddy bear or child.🐻

Awww sorry your not well. If it makes you feel better I suffer with ME. . . Chronic fatigue. . . and suffer flu like symptons regularly as its my bodies way of saying I've done too much. I'm lucky as I have got it down to a good sleep and then feel better, that's when I manage to sleep lol. Oh the joys our bodies give us 😊😊

I know exactly how you feel. Recovered recently from flu myself and it was over my birthday which was a real bummer. Went out with friends for drinks anyway for my birthday and was faint and woozy before I'd even had a drink! So what fun. Also is summer now in South Africa, so really weird having flu in the heat.

I have to say tho that your description of you trudging sadly around your house in full on delerium, bending over and discovering that your dingly danglies were dingly dangling in the cold wind each and every time you bent over, made me laugh so, so hard. That is an image that will remain in my mind for a while. Talk about funny. You are by far and away the funniest UA-camr on the net. Your videos are so good that whenever one pops up on my feed, I get a huge grin on my face because I know it's gonna be a funny video with lots of giggles.

Very sorry to hear how close you were to death. That’s obviously why you didn’t dampen the cardboard and roll it to make the legs, in which case you could have sat on it when it dried plus armrests on the chair would have strengthened it. I know, you were ill so your brain wasn’t working properly 😂 The wallpaper was cool though. (I quite like being theatrically miserable sometimes. It makes me laugh and feel better😂)

I'm sorry you were so sick. I haven't gotten sick at all in about 10 years. I dont get colds or the flu. I did get covid, but i didn't feel sick. It was a pretty good attempt at making a chair with the materials that you had to use. I think a couple of pieces of cardboard used as a brace going from underneath to up around the back might have helped the back stay up, maybe. I'm glad you figured out that your testicles were being exposed before someone else had to tell you 🤭
