Yes 😁 (try it with Brusho crystals 🥰). It’s fun to not only drop on alcohol inks like you did but then blow them around (blowing straight onto the paper, or with a straw, with a heat gun or hair dryer, etc) for really beautiful results.
I’ve got quite a few pads of different sizes in both white and black. The black harder to get though I found. I’m an artist dream. I’ve got just about everything one can think of pertaining to art and crafts and resin and sewing and canning. Always said I could live off the grid if needed. So much you can create with this paper. Try the black with oil or wax pastels. You’ll be in awe. ❤
Never heard of yupo paper, very interesting! Love your creative madness! lol! Loved the alcohol inks, especially the circle dotty one. I wonder what brushos might do on that paper?
I've missed your last few videos, so I'm having a wee binge today. I've not heard of Yupo paper, but I love the colourful ink experiments you made! I'm not a minimalist, so I really like your more extravagant pieces!
Ooooh! the first alcohol ink one looks like bokeh of a Christmas tree! the second one looks like an abstract blood splatter in the forest lol (yes, I'm proudly weird! lol) maybe you could lightly sand the graphite to rough up an edge, it's probably exceptionally smooth from handling. I gotta admit, I'm very interested in yupo paper now!
I actually loved what you created with the oil pastel. It looked like an ethereal woman from behind! I also really liked the alcohol inks, so colourful.
Yupo paper is FAB! It’s more like plastic than paper. I love watching how your creative mind works! If you’re enjoying this kind of process… instead of bleach try isopropyl alcohol! The colors will really move around! Another fun thing is to use a straw to move the colors around! 😊
It was like watching Goldie Locks and the three bears. Some were too hard, some were two soft and some were just right. Suitable for a very specialist Hotel.
I've used Yupo paper many times, but almost always with alcohol inks and sometimes for gel plate printing - usually with alcohol inks as well. He is not the only one, but I first learned about alcohol inks and Yupo from Tim Holtz - check him out. That'll lead you down a beautifully creative rabbit hole. (also, check out how to use alcohol blending solution, isopropyl alcohol, etc....oh my gosh!!) I've never heard of using bleach with alcohol inks - interesting!! As for the pastels - yuck! I simply can't use them in any form because of that texture! I cringed when you pulled out the boxes! Yikes! I hope you are feeling better quickly.
I looked at Yupo paper before but almost a £1 per page is far too expensive for my liking. I must say tho that the first picture you did with the alcohol inks on it, came out so dynamic and gorgeous! I love bright colours. Those inks worked really nicely with that paper. The way they spread was magical.
This is new to me and I’m sold!! You need to frame and hang your work it’s amazing. Also I’d love to see you try using water colour paint on this paper. I love making backgrounds for mixed media pieces too maybe you could try that with this!
You should try this again, and put the drops of ink again like you did on the first Ink one. Then in a spray bottle spray 98% isopropyl alcohol and it will come alive on that yupo paper. You can get the alcohol at the grocery store or pharmacy.
There are other brands of the same kind of paper that are cheaper. Just look for any kind of synthetic paper. It's definitely interesting to work with, and inks and watercolors look insanely vibrant on it.
Hey Ant, thanks for another ink-redible video!! Looks like you had lots of fun and you ended up with some great results Did it tickle your naughty creative spot enough, or did you have to do a couple more?? 🤣🤣
Okay, I'm only at the beginning but your graphite didn't work because you didn't remove the lacquer. 😂 That's why it won't transfer to your fingers. You need a graphite block without the lacquer or you need to remove it from the stick you have. Maybe get the Derwent Graphitint XL Blocks? That way you can have a set of different "colours" and make the art more interesting. I'm sure you'd like them and come up with a whole range of projects to do with them!
@@AnthonyCrammen yeah, pretty much all the pencil-shaped graphite sticks have some sort of a coating! Idk if there's some heat-sealing or polishing process or something else, because not all have that visible 'top layer' but they still won't transfer and the edges look different. Most common brands, however, have a lacquer or even a plastic coat/sticker. If they don't, your fingers will be grey at the first touch.
I've never heard of Yupo before. I would try this paper with the inks. I think 99% alcohol also has cool effects on alcohol inks. I wonder if you put alcohol ink in a mister if it would work?
You can use it in resin, too. There's a white one that's heavier than the colours and you add the colours to resin, or Jesmonite, and add the white on top if you want them to sink deeper. I can't recall if I tried this on paper, possibly but I was playing with those a few years ago. I love the colours you can get & mix & just playing with them is so much fun! xx
I really love that your videos are natural and that we're along for the ride. It really ruins it for me when someone puts something up, say, trying a viral recipe or food, and during the thing they talk about when they made it to test before the video. So basically they're just pretending to react to it for the camera? I don't like it Keep up the great work! the drip piece is stunning
Has anyone ever heard of/used this Yupo paper before?!
Oh I've never seen this paper 😍 cool effect!
@@Kreepykrafts It was super interesting! I found it hard to explain what it was like lol, never seen a paper like it before 😅😅

@Luxinda Oh I didn't even think of using those Brusho pigments with it! I can imagine what the results are like! 😍😍

I love the ink dots. You won't know if you don't try. GREAT job Ant. Feel better soon.
Ah thanks Alexis! 😊😊
ant, I so adore watching your videos ❤ your channel is a weekly comfort watch that im so thankful for
Awww thank you! 🥰🥰🥰
the first attempt with the inks came out so good! very dopamine colors.
I love Yupo paper and alcohol inks!
And Unicorn paint, too!

Neither had I, I was very pleased with it 😅😅 Oh Brusho's would be amazing!!

Haha I can see the bloody splatter 😅😅 Oh possibly, I think my graphite was too hard for it, needed a way softer version 😅
I actually loved what you created with the oil pastel. It looked like an ethereal woman from behind!

Interesting paper lol. Will have to give that a go.... My creative juices are tingling and ohhh the ideas I have.

Your messes are very entertaining 😊 I loved the ink paintings

proud to say im here before youre famous. you have a lot of potential, keep it up!
😊😊
plop the ink on the paper and then use a hair dryer/heat gun to blow it around :D neat!!!
RIP desk 🤣 Really liked the first piece you did with alcohol inks 👍👍
Oh the desk has seen better days! 😆😆
@@AnthonyCrammen 😆😆
Isopropyl alcohol would work really well too I think…it will merge and marble the inks.
Loved this video.
Ah glad you enjoyed it 😊😊
Never heard of Yupo before. Your colour artworks are way better than the boring grey scribbles 😂
Haha oh I do love a bit of colour! 😅😅
You should make a galaxy picture with this medium.

Wee need another hearing and tinnitus video.....😢
What do you need to know? Lol
So I watched a clip . I'm hoping you do. They took color crayons and colored on sand paper and ironed it on a tee shirt. I'm to scared to try it.
Hmmm sounds interesting! I'll have to have a look into that one! 😅😅
“NOT IN A NICE TITTY WAY”

I think the "normal graphite" was a mistake, HB was not your friend today
Anthony its rubbish lol just use an aersol can and spray a wall. I will stay with my watercolours and 300 gsm paper the product is a shitter
